Terms and Conditions
Passengers booking IndiGo flights have the option to buy the ‘6E QuickBoard’ service which entitles the passengers to board the flight any time upon the commencement of boarding of the flight and before the boarding gate closes (“6E QuickBoard”), subject to the terms set out herein. 6E QuickBoard is not available for group bookings and for certain fare types.
In cases where the boarding is by an aerobridge, passengers who have purchased the 6E QuickBoard service will be invited to board first by way of an announcement, and once the 6E QuickBoard passengers have boarded, subsequently the boarding for all other passengers will commence. In cases where boarding is by the bus, 6E QuickBoard passengers will be invited to board the bus first, following which the boarding for all other passengers will commence. If a passenger who has purchased the 6E QuickBoard service arrives at the boarding gate (aircraft or bus) once boarding has commenced for all passengers, they will be required to join the regular boarding queue and will not be able to board with priority.
6E QuickBoard is only available for domestic flights on certain flight segments (refer to point no. 15 below), as offered by IndiGo at its discretion from time to time. Each eligible flight segmenthas limited inventory for the 6E QuickBoard service, and this will be available for purchase on a first-come first-served basis.
Charges applicable for the 6E QuickBoard service (inclusive of taxes) are ₹400/- (subject to change at the discretion of IndiGo) per passenger per sector (“Charges”).
No Charges shall be applicable for infants for 6E QuickBoard.
This service can be purchased from IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), mobile site, mobile application and call center, up to two (2) hours prior to domestic departures.
This service is non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable, except in case of cancellation of the flight booking by the passenger, in which case the relevant Charges shall be refunded.
If a passenger makes voluntary change to the itinerary for which they had purchased the 6E QuickBoard service, the benefits of 6E QuickBoard will automatically get transferred to the new (changed) flight, subject to this service being available on the new flight route and sufficient inventory remaining available. In case no 6E QuickBoard is offered or available on such new flight route, the Charges would be refunded to the passenger.
"6E QuickBoard" service must be displayed on the passengers boarding pass in order to receive the benefits.
In the event a passenger does not take the flight for which the "6E QuickBoard" service was booked, the charges paid towards the 6E QuickBoard service will not be refunded.
IndiGo reserves the right to: (i) modify these terms and conditions, or to replace (wholly or in part) the 6E QuickBoard service with another service, or withdraw the 6E QuickBoard service, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to 6E QuickBoard, shall be final and binding.
By purchasing 6E QuickBoard, customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers under the same PNR may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passengers in future.
All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
6E QuickBoard will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to 6E QuickBoard are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
6E QuickBoard service is currently available at the airports in Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bangaluru, Bareilly, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Darbhanga, Delhi, Dibrugarh, Durgapur, Goa, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Imphal, Indore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Shirdi, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam.

Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
