Below are the detailed terms and conditions of the offer :-
This offer (“Offer”) is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) and HDFC Bank Limited (“HDFC”), to the customers (“Customers”) booking an IndiGo flight ticket and selecting a paid seat on a Friday between December 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 (both days included) (“Promotion Period”), only on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application (either of the aforesaid bookings, the “Booking”), using an HDFC Retail Card (collectively, “HDFC Cards”) and providing the applicable promo code.
The Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket and selecting a paid seat on a Friday during the Promotion Period shall receive a discount of INR 400 (Rupees Four Hundred only) (“Discount”) per segment upon entering the promo code 6EFRI (“Promo Code”) while making the Booking.
The Offer shall be valid for new Bookings made during the Promotion Period in accordance with these terms and conditions. It is hereby clarified that the Offer shall not be applicable to bookings that have already been made or bookings that have been made and are subsequently being modified in any manner.
IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer and/or the Discount should be taken up directly with HDFC Bank. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. The Offer may be modified or terminated, at any time by IndiGo and HDFC Bank, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
If the Booking made under this Offer is cancelled for any reason, the Promo Code cannot be revalidated for the purpose of a new booking made in its place.
All Bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in and HDFC’s terms and conditions
Any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, will not be eligible for the Offer. The Offer is not valid on group bookings.
HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this Offer in case of any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
The Offer is valid for transactions in Indian Rupees only.
By making the Bookings through the HDFC Cards during the Promotion Period, Customer (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
