Customers booking IndiGo flights through their IndiGo user accounts on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), mobile site or mobile application shall be eligible for a ten percent (10%) discount (“6E10”) on certain IndiGo Offerings (as defined below)
6E10 will be automatically applied at the check-out page if the customer chooses to purchase any or all of the following IndiGo offerings: prepaid seat selection, prepaid meal booking, prepaid excess baggage booking and/or Fast Forward (“IndiGo Offerings”), along with his/her travel booking.
6E10 shall not be applicable to an IndiGo Offering, if such IndiGo Offering is not purchased at the time of making the travel booking to which such IndiGo Offering relates.
is applicable to IndiGo Offerings purchased along with one-way, round-trip and multi-city bookings, for both domestic and international travel. 6E10 is however, not applicable to IndiGo Offerings purchased with group bookings.
IndiGo reserves the right to modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the 6E10 offer with another offer (whether similar to 6E10 offer or not), or withdraw 6E10 offer, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. Withdrawal of the 6E10 offer, will not affect the IndiGo offerings purchased with tickets during the validity of the 6E10 offer even if the date of travel is for a date after the withdrawal of the 6E10 offer.
By purchasing IndiGo Offerings, customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passenger, in future.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to 6E10, shall be final and binding.
6E10 will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to 6E10 are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) is offering to its customers booking IndiGo operated flights between 06:00 hours on February 4, 2020 and 23:59 hours on February 6, 2020 (“Offer Period”) through their IndiGo user accounts on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), mobile site or mobile application, a 10% discount on base fare for such flights (“Offer”). The Offer is not applicable to airport fees and charges and Government levied taxes.
The Offer will be auto-applied for IndiGo operated flights booked during the Offer Period for travel between February 19, 2020 and April 15, 2020 (both dates included), and between July 1, 2020 and September 30, 2020 (both dates included).
The Offer is applicable to tickets booked for IndiGo operated flights, the departures of which flights are scheduled for a date, which is at least 15 days after the date of booking of such tickets.
Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore, discounts will be provided, subject to availability of inventory and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion related to airfare charges.
This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Any change to the travel itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
The Offer is applicable to one-way, round-trip and multi-city bookings, for domestic and international travel. The Offer is however, not applicable to IndiGo’s group bookings.
All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
This offer is made by Federal Bank Limited to the customers of Federal Bank who are residents of India booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application (whether android or iOS), using a valid Federal Bank debit card during the Promotion Period.
The Offer is valid from February 01, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days included).
Federal Bank shall offer 10% (ten percent) cashback up to INR 1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred) to the Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket during Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application using a Card.
The Offer is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) on the booking of IndiGo’s flights.
Only the first valid transaction per Card per month during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the cashback.
The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90(ninety)days of completion of the Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
If the Customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period, he/she must write to contact@federalbank.co.in
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns and issues regarding the cashback offer should be taken up directly with Federal Bank. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. Federal Bank shall not be responsible and liable to IndiGo and/or any third party including the Customers, for handling and resolving any claims, issues, complaints of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in relation with the flight services being offered by IndiGo, for which IndiGo shall be solely responsible.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.
In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking for any reason either by the Customer and/or by IndiGo for any reason whatsoever, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
Federal Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, Federal Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
The Customer shall raise the claim with respect to the Offer within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period. Post such date, Federal Bank shall not entertain any claim/correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any Customer and Federal Bank shall not be liable for any claim made by any Customer after the said period.
Federal Bank does not endorse the services offered by IndiGo and shall not be liable for any deficiency in the services offered by IndiGo.
The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Federal Bank reserves the right to cancel/deny the Offer to the Customer and/or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
Federal Bank and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
The decision of Federal Bank and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer: (i) confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; (iii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
This offer is made by HDFC Bank Limited to Customers booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application (whether Android or iOS) using HDFC Bank PayZapp
The Offer is valid from October 15, 2019 to March 31, 2020 (both days included)
The Customer shall meet the KYC norms in relation to the HDFC Bank PayZapp, as may be specified by HDFC Bank.
HDFC Bank shall offer 15% (fifteen percent) cashback, upto a maximum of INR 1000 (Rupees one thousand) per month to every Customer booking an IndiGo flight ticket during the Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application (whether android or IOS) using HDFC Bank PayZapp.
The Offer is applicable if the minimum booking amount is INR 4,000 (Rupees four thousand) for every Booking made by a Customer.
Customer needs to download and register on PayZapp to avail the offer.
The cashback will be processed to the eligible Customers within 15 working days after the date of transaction and credited to Customer’s PayZapp Prepaid Card, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.

HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of flight services provided by IndiGo.
Cancelled bookings and disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this Offer. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, HDFC Bank reserves the right to deny the Offer and / or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.

Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
