Aqua Nomad - Complimentary Scuba Diving at Andaman

About the offer

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is made by Aqua Nomad Private Limited (“Aqua Nomad”) to the customers booking IndiGo’s flight to Port Blair on IndiGo’s website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application during the Promotion Period.
2. The Offer is valid from March 6, 2020 to August 31, 2020 (both days included).
3. The Offer can be availed in the following manner:
   1. upon confirmation of the flight booking, the Customer will receive a travel itinerary along with voucher code and Aqua Nomad’s web link in an email from IndiGo;
   2. the Customer will be required to visit the Aqua Nomad’s web link and insert the required details (including voucher code) in the scuba diving registration form;
   3. upon successful submission of scuba diving registration form to Aqua Nomad, Aqua Nomad will contact the Customer in order to enable the Customer to purchase the scuba diving ticket for Andaman Try Dive at Aqua Nomad Dive Centre, Swaraj Dweep (Havelock), Andaman Islands;
   4. upon receipt of confirmation of purchase of such scuba diving ticket from Aqua Nomad, the Customer will be eligible to receive 1 (one) complimentary scuba diving ticket for Andaman Try Dive at Aqua Nomad Dive Centre, Swaraj Dweep (Havelock), Andaman Islands.
4. The Offer, unless extended or withdrawn mutually by the Parties in writing, shall be valid on all bookings made during the Promotion Period.
5. Subject to Customer complying with all the terms of this Offer, Aqua Nomad will provide 1 (one) complimentary scuba diving ticket for Andaman Try Dive per Customer on purchase of 1(one) scuba diving ticket for Andaman Try Dive during the Promotion Period.
6. The complimentary scuba diving ticket received by the Customer under this Offer will be valid for the period of travel specified in the Customer’s travel itinerary issued by IndiGo and the benefits of the complimentary scuba diving activity can be availed by the Customer during his/her stay at Andaman Islands for that particular travel period only.
7. All other costs, including but not limited to, cost of travel, taxes and the charges for using various services and facilities at Aqua Nomad Dive Center, Swaraj Dweep, will have to be borne by the Customer availing the Offer.
8. All scuba diving bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Aqua Nomad’s terms and conditions and cancellation policy available at this link.
9. All the bookings for scuba diving experience at Aqua Nomad Dive Centre, Swaraj Dweep, are on first-come and first-serve basis and subject to total passenger capacity of Aqua Nomad Dive Centre , Swaraj Dweep.
10. If the Customer doesn’t receive the complimentary scuba diving ticket, he/she must raise the claim at Aqua Nomad helpline at +91-9821562209 or write to info@aquanomad.com within 2 (two) days from the date of purchase of Aqua Nomad ticket for scuba diving at Aqua Nomad Dive Centre, Swaraj Dweep. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer, scuba diving experience at Aqua Nomad Dive Centre and/or complimentary scuba diving ticket, should be taken up directly with Aqua Nomad. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
11. IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injury sustained or may be suffered by the Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or scuba dive activity at Aqua Nomad Dive Centre, Swaraj Dweep.
12. This Offer and the voucher code is non-transferable, non- exchangeable for cash and shall be valid only once for the Customer’s use.
13. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.
14. All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at goindigo.in.
15. Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.
16. By making the flight booking in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer, Customer (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees and with Aqua Nomad, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
17. Aqua Nomad and IndiGo reserves right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, Aqua Nomad and IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
18. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
