Below are the Terms and Conditions:
This offer is made by BOB Financial Solutions Limited (“BFSL”) to the customers of BFSL who are residents of India booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), using a valid BFSL credit card.
The promotion period for this Offer is February 06th, 2020 to August 31st, 2020 (both days included).
BFSL shall offer a 15 % cashback up to a maximum of INR 2000 (Rupees two thousand) to the Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket during Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) using BFSL credit card.
The Offer is applicable on a minimum Booking amount of INR 4000 (Rupees four thousand).
Customer can opt for only 01 Cashback Offer from BFSL and is eligible to receive Cashback for 01 Offer only at a time during the calendar month.
The Offer is applicable only when:
the Customer opts for equated monthly installments (EMI) payment option (“EMI Payment”) at the time of Booking on IndiGo website;
tenure of the EMI is 3 (three) months, 6 (six) months, 9 (nine) months, 12 (twelve) months, 18 (eighteen) months or 24 (twenty four) months. The respective rate of interest and processing fee for each such tenure of the EMI Payment is as set below:

the said transaction is successfully converted into EMIs.
The Offer is valid only one transaction per Customer per month. The first valid transaction in the month using the Card only will be eligible for the benefit under this Offer.
The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 60 (sixty) to 90 (ninety) days from the end of Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of Offer.
Final approval for EMI Payment shall be at the sole discretion of BFSL and is subject to the cardholder’s performance on the Card. GST (goods and services tax), as notified by the Government of India, is applicable on the processing fee, pre-closure fee and interest component of the EMI Payment, if any, and is subject to change as per the applicable law.
In case of the transaction being cancelled and receipt of full refund from IndiGo, the Customer is required to send an email to BFSL on crm@bobfinancial.com from his/her registered email id for pre-closure of EMI Payment option along with his / her name and Card number informing BFSL about the same.
The Customer will be charged a pre-closure fee of 3% (three percent) on the outstanding principal amount of the EMI Payment or INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is a higher amount, on account of closure of the EMI Payment option before the completion of the tenure of the EMI Payment option. The pre-closure of the EMI Payment shall be subject to such other terms and conditions, as may be prescribed by BFSL.
If the Customer doesn’t receive the cashback within a period of 60 (sixty) to 90 (ninety) days from the end of the Promotion Period, he/she must notify BFSL by writing an email to crm@bobfinancial.com from his /her registered email ID. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he / she will not be eligible for the discount / cashback amount.
The present terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation of, the card- member agreement entered into between BFSL and BFSL’s cardholder. In event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Offer and the card-member agreement, the terms of Offer shall prevail.
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with BFSL. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Booking should be taken up directly with IndiGo. BFSL shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website are not eligible for the Offer.
In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
BFSL and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, BFSL and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. BFSL and IndiGo will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, BFSL reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
BFSL and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
The decision of BFSL and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, the Customer: (i) confirms that its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; and (iii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.”

In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
