Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer (“Offer”) is made by Transerv Limited (“Transerv”) to the customers booking IndiGo’s flights, ancillary services and vouchers (“Booking”) on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application (whether android or iOS), using a valid Transerv ‘Dhani OneFreedom Card (“Card”).

2. The Offer is valid from November 11, 2021 to February 10, 2022 (both days included) (“Promotion Period”).

3. Transerv shall offer a 10% (ten percent) cashback (up to a maximum of INR 500 and a minimum of INR 200) to customers who make a Booking during the Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application using a Card.

4. The Offer is applicable on a minimum Booking amount of INR 3,000 (Rupees three thousand).

5. The Offer will be applied to the first valid transaction per Card per month during the Promotion Period.

6. The cashback will be processed by Transerv for eligible customers within 60 (sixty) days from the completion of the Promotion Period and shall be credited to the customer’s Card account, subject to the customer fulfilling the criteria in terms of the Offer.

7. If the customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 60 (sixty) days from the completion of the Promotion Period, he/she must raise a claim at the customer care numbers of Transerv available at 0124-6165722.

8. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with Transerv. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.

9. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.

10. All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.

11. The Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.

12. In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.

13. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.

14. Transerv and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, Transerv and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.

15. The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.

16. In the event of any misuse of Offer by the customer, Transerv reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.

17. Transerv and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.

18. The decision of Transerv and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

19. The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
