1. The Offer is applicable to eligible IndiGo flight bookings made during the promotion period, on IndiGo’s website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application.
2. The Offer is valid for the Hyatt hotel reservations made in advance between April 15, 2021 and July 30, 2021, 2021 (both days includedexcept during the blackout period) for stays between April 15, 2021 and July 30, 2021 at participating Hyatt hotels in India using the offer promo code mentioned in the relevant IndiGo itinerary.
3. The offer is valid on :
   1. one free night in one standard guest room (double occupancy) on a qualifying stay of at least three nights (02+01)
   2. one free night in one suite (double occupancy) on a qualifying stay of at least two nights (01+01).
4. Process to avail the offer:
   1. In the flight booking’s email (Itinerary) confirmation sent by IndiGo to the customers, IndiGo will provide a Hyatt web-link and a promo code.
   2. Customer need to click the web-link and visit the Hyatt’s hotel booking page to make the hotel reservation and apply the promo code received from IndiGo.
   3. Customer will be required to follow Hyatt’s booking conditions, as set forth by Hyatt. Thereafter, the Customer will be redirected to the payments page where the Customer may make payment for the booking of their accommodation
   4. After completing the reservation formalities, the customer will receive an email from Hyatt confirming the booking of the accommodation at Hyatt Property.
   5. During the promotion period, the Customer may avail an accommodation under this Offer at Hyatt property, provided that such period of accommodation of the Customer shall fall within three (3) days from the date of travel of the Customer under the booking and the booking is otherwise eligible (Accommodation Period).
   6. The Offer will be valid for all the bookings made only through Hyatt’s web-link and not by booking via any other website or method or producing the promo code at the hotel reception directly.
   7. Promo codes are only redeemable at Hyatt web-link for eligible stays, while supplies last. All bookings are on first-come and first-served basis and subject to availability of rooms, Hyatt shall not be responsible to IndiGo (or otherwise) for the unavailability or full capacity of eligible rooms and a Customer’s inability to use the promo code.
5. To qualify, guest must produce an official IndiGo boarding Pass and E-Ticket at time of check-in that indicates he/she was a passenger on an IndiGo flight within the 72 hours prior to check-in at hotel.
6. Guest must use free night during stay in which it is earned. Free night only available for consecutive night stays that meet the minimum stay requirement. Free night will be forfeited if customer has an early departure or otherwise do not meet the minimum stay requirements outlined in the published Offer.

7. Customer can book the complete stay and the complimentary night will be adjusted at time of booking, no further discounts will be made. The complimentary night is available with each eligible consecutive paid night stay for the requisite amount of time.

8. Offer excludes any applicable taxes, food, beverage, resort fees, service, casino, or incidental charges and gratuity. World of Hyatt® points and night credits will not be awarded for the free night (if applicable).

9. Guest is responsible for all charges exclusive of this Offer. Additional charges may apply for additional guests or room type upgrades. The availability of Offers at and travel to and from certain destinations may be subject to government approvals, regulations, restrictions or applicable taxes.

10. Offer is not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, reproduced, copied, purchased, sold or otherwise transferred. Not valid with Family plan rooms, group travel, conventions, other promotional offers or certificates, tour packages or special rate programs or programs. Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions. Any unauthorized transfer, sale, distribution or reproduction constitutes fraud. Hyatt reserves the right to request a form of security deposit in advance for expenses not covered by this certificate. Offer cannot be exchanged or reissued.

11. User is responsible for and must make any required disclosures regarding any benefits received in connection with this Offer. Guest must check out by the Offer’s end date in order to qualify. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held stays. Limit of one (1) free night(s) per stay.
12. Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice, and where required, Hyatt will offer an alternate offer of similar value. 13. Each promo code can be availed only once by the Customer. The code is non-transferable and nonexchangeable.

14. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.

15. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
