Make unlimited changes to your booking at no change fee

Terms and Conditions:

1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) is offering unlimited “change fee” waiver to its customers booking IndiGo operated domestic flights from 17 April 2021 to 31 May 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”) on selective fare options, through any booking platform, in accordance with the terms specified herein (“Offer”).
2. The Offer is available for IndiGo operated domestic flights only. For clarity, the Offer is not available for international travel booked on IndiGo’s flights.
3. The “change fee” will be waived off for any changes made to the travel date by the customer for their bookings made during the Offer Period, without any restrictions on the changed travel date.However, the Offer shall not apply in the event the customer cancels the booking or changes the sector, in which cases the “cancellation fee” will be chargeable at currently applicable rates
4. The Offer is applicable to all domestic travel bookings on selective fare option (i.e. Regular Fares, Flexi plus Fares and Family Fares) for one-way, connecting and round-trip flights on all IndiGo operated aircraft. However, the Offer is not applicable to group bookings made on IndiGo’s flights.
5. The Offer is valid for bookings made through all booking channels, including through IndiGo’s website, Mobile App, OTA and call center.
6. In order to avail the Offer, the original booking on an IndiGo operated domestic flight should have been made during the Offer Period.
7. All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
8. The Offer is subject to force majeure events. IndiGo reserves the right to modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the Offer with another offer (whether similar to the Offer or not), or withdraw the Offer, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. Withdrawal of the Offer due to any force majeure event, will not affect any Offer already availed for the bookings made during the Offer Period.
9. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to the Offer, shall be final and binding.
10. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions and the CoC; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers under the same PNR may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passengers, in future. Clause 11(ii) of these terms and conditions shall not apply to citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. Personal data of Nominators and Nominees in these areas and jurisdictions shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
