How it works

Terms and conditions

1. This offer is made by Phasorz Technologies Private Limited (MediBuddy-DocsApp) to the customers of IndiGo, booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application during the promotion period.
2. The Offer is valid from 19^th October, 2020 to 31^st March, 2021 (both days included).
3. The Offer can be availed in the following manner:
   1. Upon confirmation of flight booking, the Customer will receive a travel itinerary along with a unique coupon code for the Offer through an email (E-Ticket) from IndiGo,
   2. For availing the services under this Offer, the Customer may book a consultation session through MediBuddy-DocsApp’s mobile applications or MediBuddy-DocsApp’s website at https://www.medibuddy.in/ and https://www.docsapp.in/
   3. Under this Offer, the Customer may avail a discount of flat INR 200 on booking a consultation session with a doctor with relevant specialization, for any of the prescribed ailments, through the Mobile Application or Website.
   4. For booking a consultation session, the Customer is required to specify the Customer’s ailment and other details on the relevant page of the Mobile Application or Website. Upon receiving such details, the Mobile Application / Website will redirect the Customer to the payments page. On the payments page, the Customer is required to insert the details of the unique coupon code to avail the discount on the consultation session with the relevant doctor.
4. The Customer is required to avail the consultation services under the Offer, within a period of 3 (three) days from the date of redemption of the unique code to book the consultation session in the above manner.
5. The Customer can avail a discount on a consultation session with a doctor for a maximum period 30 (thirty) minutes.
6. MediBuddy-DocsApp reserves its right to add to or remove the ailments listed on the Mobile Application or modify the nature of services, at its sole discretion, without providing any advance intimation / notification to the Customer. An updated list of the ailments for which the consultation services can be availed by the Customers, are displayed on the Mobile Application.
7. All other costs, including but not limited to cost of medicines, additional medical tests, taxes and the charges for using services not specified under this Offer, are required to be borne by the Customer availing the Offer.
8. This Offer and any coupon code issued pursuant to the Offer is non- exchangeable for cash and valid only once for the Customer’s use.
9. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.
10. By making the Booking in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer, the Customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
11. MediBuddy-DocsApp and IndiGo reserves right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, MediBuddy-DocsApp and IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
12. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
