About the Offer

Terms of Offer

1. This offer is made by Destination Resorts Co. Ltd (Novotel Phuket Surin Beach Resort) to the customers of IndiGo who are residents of India, booking IndiGo’s Thailand flight.
2. The offer is only valid on bookings made through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application during the Promotion Period. Any bookings made through other booking channels are not eligible for the offer.
3. The Offer is valid from September 24, 2019 to December 27, 2019 and  January 04, 2020 to April 30, 2020  (both days included)
4. The Offer will not be valid from December 28, 2019 to January 03, 2020
5. The Offer can be availed as per below steps-
   • Upon confirmation of Booking, the Customer will receive a travel itinerary/e-ticket email along with voucher code and Novotel’s web link through an e-mail from IndiGo;
   • The Customer will be required to visit the afore-mentioned Novotel’s web link and insert the required details along with voucher code in the accommodation form published on this web-link.
   • The Customer is required to make payment for minimum 2 (two) nights’ stay (directly through the Novotel’s web link with accommodation form only) in order to avail 02 complimentary nights’ stay for upto 2 adults and upto 2 children (upto the age of 16 years) at Novotel Phuket Surin Beach Resort.
   • The Customer is required to make room reservation at Novotel Phuket Surin Beach Resort during the following stay period: September 24, 2019 to December 27, 2019 and January 04, 2020 to April 30, 2020. It is hereby clarified that the Customer can avail this Offer only at the above-mentioned stay period;
   • Upon Customer’s receipt of confirmation of room reservation made in accordance with above terms from Novotel, the Customer will be eligible to receive confirmation for 2 (two) complimentary nights’ stay (without breakfast) at Novotel Phuket Surin Beach Resort.
6. The Offer, unless extended or withdrawn mutually by the Parties in writing, shall be valid on all Bookings made during the Promotion Period.
7. Destination Resorts (Novotel) reserves its right to add to or remove any hotel set forth in the above term at its sole discretion without providing any advance intimation/notification to the Customer.
8. All the bookings are on first-come and first-serve basis and subject to availability of rooms at the relevant Novotel hotel.
9. The complimentary nights will not be valid on producing the voucher at the hotel reception directly. The customer needs to have a pre-confirmation of the stay with Novotel prior to arriving at the property.
10. Subject to Customer complying with the terms of this Offer, Destination Resorts will provide 2 (two) complimentary night stay only to the number of individuals permitted under this Offer. No further accompanying guests shall be allowed.
11. All other costs, including but not limited to, cost of travel, meals, taxes (including luxury tax where applicable) and cost of using various services and facilities at Novotel Phuket Surin Beach Resort, will have to be borne by the Customer availing the Offer.
12. This Offer and any coupon code/voucher issued pursuant to the Offer is non-transferable, non- exchangeable for cash and valid only once for the Customer’s use.
13. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.
14. By making the Booking in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer, Customer (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees and with Destination Resorts, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
15. Destination Resorts and IndiGo reserves right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, Destination Resorts and IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
16. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
