About the offer

1. This offer is made by Radisson Blu Resort Maldives to the customers of IndiGo booking IndiGo’s flight on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application during the promotion period.

2. The Offer is valid from 04^th December 2020 to 23^rd December 2021 (both days included).

3. The Offer can be availed in the following manner:

a. Upon confirmation of flight booking, customers will receive a travel itinerary along with a coupon code and Radisson Blu Resort, Maldives’s web-link for the Offer through an email from IndiGo.

b. The Customer is required to click on the Radisson Blu Resort Maldives’s web-link to reach the webpage for booking an accommodation with Radisson Blu Resort, Maldives.

c. To avail the Offer, the Customer is required to make a booking for at least 02 (two) night’s accommodation for upto 02 adult & 2 child or more basis the Room type or Maximum occupancy at Radisson Blu Resort, Maldives by providing the necessary details at the relevant places on the webpage for booking and insert the coupon code received from IndiGo to avail the Offer.

d. Thereafter, the Customer will be redirected to the payments page where the Customer may make payment for the booking of the accommodation.

e. After making the payment, the Customer will receive an email from Radisson Blu Resort Maldives confirming the booking of the accommodation at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives.

f. The Customer may avail an accommodation under this Offer at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives property for any period between 04^th December 2020 – 23^rd December 2021 (Accommodation period). The Accommodation Period shall not include the dates 23 December 2020 to 7 January 2021 (both days included) during the Black-out dates.

g. Upon Customer’s receipt of confirmation of room reservation made in accordance with above terms from Radisson Blu Resort Maldives, the Customer will be eligible to receive complimentary accommodation at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives Property, for the same accommodation period with the same facilities.

h. In order to avail a complimentary accommodation under the Offer, the Customer is required to email the flight booking confirmation (E-Ticket/Itinerary) to Radisson Blu Resort Maldives at reservations.maldives@radisson.com, 3 (three) business days prior to the Customer’s arrival at

Radisson Blu Resorts Maldives.

i. At the time of availing a complimentary accommodation under the Offer, the Customer is also required to produce a printed copy or an electronic version of the Boarding pass and E-Ticket (Itinerary) issued to the Customer by IndiGo under the Booking, at the reception of Radisson Blu Resort Maldives Property. The Customer will not be entitled to avail a complimentary accommodation if the Customer fails to produce the boarding pass or e-ticket, and will be required to make requisite payments for such accommodation.

4. Radisson Blu Resort Maldives reserves its right to add to or remove any hotel set forth here under at its sole discretion without providing any advance intimation / notification to the Customer.

5. All the bookings are on first-come and first-served basis and subject to availability of rooms at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives Properties.

6. The Offer will be valid for all the bookings made only through the web link only and not by producing the coupon at the hotel reception directly.

7. Subject to the Customer complying with the terms of this Offer, Radisson Blu Resort Maldives will provide complimentary accommodation only to the number of individuals permitted under this Offer. No further accompanying guests shall be allowed.

8. All other costs, including but not limited to, cost of travel, meals, taxes and the charges for using various services and facilities at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives Properties, will have to be borne by the Customer availing the Offer.

9. This Offer and any coupon code/voucher issued pursuant to the Offer is non-transferable, nonexchangeable for cash and valid only once for the Customer’s use.

10. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.

11. By making the Booking in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer, the customer unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions.

12. Radisson Blu Resort Maldives and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, Radisson Blu Resort Maldives and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.

13. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.

14. The Customers may contact Radisson Blu Resort Maldives in relation to complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer by sending an email to Radisson Blu Resort Maldives at reservations.maldives@radisson.com or calling at +960 6681818.
