About the offer

Terms of Offer:

1. This offer is made by Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited  (THE Park Hotels and Zone by THE Park) to the customers of IndiGo, booking IndiGo’s flight on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application during the promotion period.
2. The Offer is valid from July 30, 2020 to March 10, 2021 (both days included).
3. The Offer can be availed in the following manner:
   • Upon confirmation of flight booking, customers will receive a travel itinerary along with a coupon code and the Park Hotels’ web-link for the offer through an email from IndiGo.
   • The Customer is required to click on the aforementioned the Park Hotels’ web-link to reach the webpage for booking an accommodation with the Park Hotels.
   • To avail the Offer, the Customer is required to make a booking for at least 1 (one) night’s accommodation for upto 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children (upto the age of 10 years), at any property managed by the Park Hotels listed below, by providing the necessary details at the relevant places on the webpage for booking.
   • Thereafter, the customer will be redirected to the payments page where they may make payment for the booking of the accommodation, and insert the coupon code received from IndiGo to avail the benefits of the offer.
   • After making the successful payment, the customer will receive an email from the Park Hotels confirming the booking of the accommodation at the Park Hotels Property.
4. The Customer may avail an accommodation under this Offer at the Park Hotels Property for any period between July 30, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (Stay period) except during the Blackout Period.
5. The stay period of the customer shall commence within 10 (ten) days from the date of travel of the Customer as per their boarding pass.
6. The Blackout Period of the offer will be from December 22, 2020 to January 02, 2021. The offer will not be valid during the blackout period.
7. The Customer is also required to book an accommodation at the Park Hotels Property within 10 (ten) days from the date of the Booking (of IndiGo’s flights) to avail this Offer.
8. At the time of availing this offer, the Customer is also required to produce a printed copy or an electronic version of the boarding pass issued to the Customer by IndiGo at the reception of the Park Hotels Property. The Customer will not be entitled to avail a complimentary accommodation if the Customer fails to produce the boarding pass, and will be required to make requisite payments for such accommodation.
9. The Offer, unless extended or withdrawn mutually by the Parties in writing, shall be valid on all Bookings made during the promotion period.
10. The Park Hotels reserves its right to add to or remove any hotel property under this offer at its sole discretion without providing any advance intimation / notification to the customer.
11. All the bookings are on first-come and first-serve basis and subject to availability of rooms at the Park Hotels Properties.
12. The Offer will be valid for all the bookings made only through the web link that will be sent through the itineraries and not by producing the coupon at the hotel reception directly.
13. Subject to the Customer complying with the terms of this Offer, the Park Hotels will provide  complimentary accommodation only to the number of individuals permitted under this Offer. No further accompanying guests shall be allowed.
14. All other costs, including but not limited to, cost of travel, meals, taxes and the charges for using various services and facilities at the Park Hotels Properties, will have to be borne by the Customer availing the Offer.
15. This Offer and any coupon code/voucher issued pursuant to the Offer is non-transferable, non- exchangeable for cash and valid only once for the Customer’s use.
16. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.
17. By making the Booking in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer, the Customer unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions.
18. The Park Hotels and IndiGo reserves right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, the Park Hotels and IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
19. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the complimentary Offer should be taken up directly with the Park Hotels by writing an email to garora@theparkhotels.com or calling the customer relations of the Park Hotel at +91-9718775550. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the flight booking should be taken up directly with IndiGo. The Park Hotel shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
20. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
