Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is made by Maharaja Heritage Resorts Ltd. (“WelcomHeritage”) to the customers of IndiGo, booking IndiGo’s flight on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application during the promotion period , for any destination in India where WelcomHeritage Hotels are available as per the offer.
  2. The Offer is valid from September 16, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (both days included).
  3. The Offer can be availed in the following manner:
    1. Upon confirmation of Booking, Customers will receive a travel itinerary (e-ticket) along with a coupon code and the WelcomHeritage’s web link for the Offer through an email from IndiGo.
    2. The Customer will be required to visit the aforementioned WelcomHeritage’ web link, and insert the required details along with the details of the coupon code received from IndiGo on the webpage for booking.
    3. The Customer is required to make a booking for at least 1 (one) night’s stay for upto 2 adults and 2 children (upto the age of 5 years) in any of the hotels managed by WelcomHeritage.
    4. The Customer may book rooms under this Offer at any of the WelcomHeritage Hotels during the following stay period: September 16, 2020 to March 31, 2021 except during the Blackout Period as per mentioned dates in the table below.
    5. It is hereby clarified that the Customer can avail this Offer only during the above-mentioned stay period.
    6. Upon Customer’s receipt of confirmation of room reservation made in accordance with above terms from WelcomHeritage, the Customer will be eligible to receive 1 (one) complimentary night’s accommodation at participating properties of the WelcomHeritage Hotels under this offer.
    7. At the time of availing a complimentary accommodation under the Offer, the Customer is also required to produce a printed copy or an electronic version of the boarding pass issued and the itinerary e-mail (e-ticket) received by the Customer from IndiGo, at the reception of the WelcomHeritage property. The Customer will not be entitled to avail a complimentary accommodation if the Customer fails to produce the boarding pass and e-ticket, and will be required to make requisite payments for such accommodation.
  4. WelcomHeritage reserves its right to add to or remove any hotel under this offer at its sole discretion without providing any advance intimation / notification to the Customer.
  5. All the bookings are on first-come and first-serve basis and subject to availability of rooms at the WelcomHeritage Hotels.
  6. The Offer will be valid for all the bookings made only through the web link received in the e-ticket and not by producing the coupon at the hotel reception directly.
  7. Subject to the Customer complying with the terms of this Offer, WelcomHeritage will provide 1 (one) complimentary nights’ accommodation only to the number of individuals permitted under this Offer. No further accompanying guests shall be allowed.
  8. All other costs, including but not limited to, cost of travel, all meals after the first nights accommodation , taxes and the charges for using various services and facilities at the WelcomHeritage Hotels, will have to be borne by the Customer availing the Offer.
  9. This Offer and any coupon code/voucher issued pursuant to the Offer is non-transferable, non- exchangeable for cash and valid only once for the Customer’s use.
  10. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of IndiGo.
  11. By making the Booking in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer, the Customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
  12. WelcomHeritage and IndiGo reserves right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, WelcomHeritage and IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
  13. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
