This offer (“Offer”) is made by IndusInd Bank Limited (“IBL”) to the customers of IBL who are residents of India (“Customers”) booking IndiGo’s flights (“Booking”) on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), using a valid IBL credit card (“Card”).
The Offer valid till 31st Dec’20 on every Thursdays.
IBL shall offer a 12 (twelve percent.) cashback upto a maximum of INR 5000 (Rupees five thousand) to the Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket during Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) using a Card.
The Offer valid till 31st Dec’20 on every Thursdays applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 4000 (Rupees four thousand) on the booking of IndiGo flights.
The Offer is applicable only when the Customer opts for equated monthly installments (EMI) payment option at the time of Booking on the IndiGo website and the tenure of the EMI should be 12 (twelve) months, rate of interest should be 12% (twelve percent.) and the transaction is successfully converted into EMIs
The Offer is valid only on 1 (one) transaction per Customer during the Promotion Period. The first valid transaction using the Card only will be eligible for the benefit under this Offer.
The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90 (ninety) days from the end of Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
Final approval for EMI shall be at the sole discretion of IndusInd Bank and is subject to the cardholder’s performance on the credit card. GST, as notified by the Government of India, is applicable on processing fee, pre-closure fee and interest component of the EMI, and is subject to change as per relevant regulations of the Government of India.
In case of the transaction being cancelled and full refund from merchant, the Customer needs to contact 24-hour IBL customer care and place a request to cancel the EMI.
If the Customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 90 days from the end of Promotion Period, he/she must raise the claim at IBL helpline at 18602677777 or write to email@example.com . In the event the Customer fails to do so, he / she will not be eligible for the discount / cashback amount.
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with IBL. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Booking should be taken up directly with IndiGo. IBL shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website are not eligible for the Offer.
In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
IBL and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IBL and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. IBL and IndiGo will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, IBL reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
IBL and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
In no event, shall, the entire liability of IBL towards the Customer under this Offer, exceed the amount of cashback under this Offer.
IBL makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or provision or performance of any services provided by IndiGo.
The decision of IBL and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer (i) confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
