Under the Corp Connect Flyer Program (“Program”), an eligible corporate customer (“Corp Connect Customer”) of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) can use the self-booking tool to avail certain benefits on domestic routes, for its registered employees or authorized personnel (“Eligible Travelers”) only.
In order for a Corp Connect Customer to become eligible under this Program, the Corp Connect Customer must register itself under the Program by completing the registration form and submitting all documents on https://www.goindigo.in/content/indigo/sme/en/register.html.
IndiGo shall, in its sole discretion have the right to approve or reject a registration request of the Corp Connect Customer. If approved, the same shall be communicated to the Corp Connect Customer within forty eight (48) working hours of receipt of the request, subject to the form and documents being complete in all respects.
Upon approval of the registration request, Corp Connect Customer shall be issued a unique Login ID.
Only confirmed bookings made through the Website using the unique Login ID (“Booking”) will be eligible for the following benefits:
Standard Seats available at a price of INR 99 to INR 150 will be offered free on all domestic sectors, any seat above this price will be available at the applicable market rates;
Standard Seats available at a price of INR 150 to INR 250 will be offered free on all international sectors, any seat above this price will be available at the applicable market rates.
Change Fee
Domestic Travel & Nepal Travel: For travel within India or travel to/from Nepal, a Change Fee of INR 249 will be charged if change is made to a Booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. For clarity, no-show charges will be levied if change to a Booking is made within 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Travel (except Nepal): For travel to/from an international destination (except Nepal), a Change Fee of INR 499 will be charged if change is made to a Booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. For clarity, no-show charges will be levied if change to a Booking is made within 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation Fee
Domestic Travel & Nepal:For travel within India or travel to/from Nepal, cancellation Fee for Corp Connect bookings shall be INR 499 per passenger per Flight Segment will be levied, in case cancellation is made, at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the Booking. No-show charges will be levied if Booking cancellation is made, less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Travel (except Nepal): For travel to/from an international destination (except Nepal), cancellation Fee for Corp Connect bookings shall be INR 999 per passenger per Flight Segment will be levied, in case cancellation is made, at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the Booking. No-show charges will be levied if Booking cancellation is made, less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Bookings under this Program are subject to availability and IndiGo’s conditions of carriage, except for any modifications in the rates agreed herein. Any change or cancellation to a Booking shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage, as expressly modified with respect to the Change Fees and cancellation fees specified under sub paragraphs (ii) and (iii) of paragraph 4 of this Program.
IndiGo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend this Program at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under this Program, including but not limited to approval of a registration request, shall be final and binding on all the participating small or medium corporate customers.
Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
This Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India and all matters related to this Program are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
