India’s largest and fastest growing low-cost carrier is proud to announce Dehradun as its 35th domestic and 40th overall destination. The new schedule introduces three daily non-stop flights connecting Delhi to Dehradun, which will further connect Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad as a one-stop flight without any change of aircraft, effective March 01, 2016. The airport at Dehradun, the state capital of Uttrakhand, also serves as the gateway to nearby cities of Mussoorie, Haridwar and Rishikesh.

In addition, the airline will also commence two additional flights from Delhi to Chandigarh on February 23, 2016, to enable those stranded due to the ongoing protests to travel between the two cities.
Honoring the spirit of flight attendant Neerja Bhanot’s awe-inspiring heroism, IndiGo in partnership with Fox Studio & Bling will screen Sonam Kapoor-starrer Neerjain Mumbai. Neerja releases on 19 February and is based on the life of flight attendant Neerja Bhanot who lost her life while saving passengers on a Pam Am flight hijacked in Karachi in 1986. The film features Sonam Kapoor and Shabana Azmi in lead roles and is directed by Ram Madhvani.
