Paytm Offer

Below are the Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer (“Offer”) is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) and One97 Communications Limited (“One97”), to the customers (“Customers”) booking IndiGo flights on August 20, 2018, between 00:01 hours and 23:59 hours (IST) (“Promotion Period”), only on IndiGo’s Website & mobile application (“Booking”), using One97’s payment wallet (“Paytm”).
2. Subject to the terms of this Offer, One97 shall pay 10% cashback upto a maximum of INR 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to Customers (“Cashback”) upon minimum Booking value of INR 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and five hundred only). 
3. A Customer is permitted to avail of the Offer only once during the Promotion Period.
4. Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s Paytm account within 7 working days from the time of the Booking.
5. The Customer’s mobile number is required to be verified for the Booking to be eligible for Cashback.
6. IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer, or non-receipt of Cashback. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer and/or the Cashback should be taken up directly with One97 at care@paytm.com. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
7. Customers who have not undergone Paytm KYC will not be eligible to receive Cashback in their Paytm wallet in accordance with the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India.
8. Users who have not undergone Paytm KYC will have their wallet limits reduced to INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month and would have to furnish an identity proof to One97 to continue adding money or receiving cashbacks in their Paytm wallets. 
9. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. The Offer may be modified or terminated, at any time by IndiGo and One97, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
10. All Bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in and One97’s terms and conditions available at https://paytm.com.           
11. Any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website & mobile application, will not be eligible for the Offer. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
12. One97 reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this Offer in case of any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
13. By making IndiGo flight Booking through the Paytm account during the Promotion Period, Customer unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions.
14. The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
