Below are the detailed terms and conditions of the offer:
This offer (“Offer”) is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights (“Booking”) on August 11 & August 12, 2018, between 00:01 hours and 23:59 hours (IST) (“Promotion Period”)
IndiGo will issue service vouchers worth INR 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) per passenger per segment (“Voucher”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights, during the Promotion Period, through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application only. For example, if a passenger books a return flight from Delhi to Mumbai, then IndiGo will issue two vouchers worth INR 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only) each.
The Voucher can only be redeemed against purchase of any of the following services on IndiGo flights: (i) snack, (ii) seat, (iii) excess baggage, (iv) fast forward, (v) lounge and (vi) travel assistance (vii) 6E Prime (“Services”).
The Voucher can be used to add Services, either to an existing booking or to a new booking.
The Vouchers can be redeemed on bookings made in Indian currency (INR) only.
The Voucher will be issued within seven (7) working days of the Booking made under the Offer, to the email ID provided at the time of making the Booking. IndiGo will not be responsible for any loss or non-delivery of Voucher due to incorrect email address or any other incorrect information provided at the time of making the Booking.
The Voucher shall be valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of its issuance. IndiGo will not entertain any request for extension or revalidation of the Voucher.
The Voucher can be used only once per Booking. If the Service or the relevant Booking is cancelled, the Voucher will not be revalidated and the amount paid by the Voucher will stand forfeited. If a Voucher is used partially, the balance amount will be forfeited.
The Voucher shall be non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Further, Airtel Payments Bank Limited (“Airtel”) and MobiKwik Systems Private Limited (“MobiKwik”) (collectively, the “Banks”) hereby make the following offers (collectively, “Cashback Offer”) to their customers (“Customer/s”) making Booking(s) during the Promotion Period, only on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile app:
Subject to the terms of this Offer, Airtel shall pay cashback of 10% of the total amount of Booking, upto a maximum of INR 200 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) (“AirtelCashback”) to its Customers making a Booking using Airtel Money Wallet or Airtel Payments Bank Account (collectively, “Airtel Account”); and
Subject to the terms of this Offer, MobiKwik shall pay cashback of 10% of the total amount of Booking, upto a maximum of INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) Mobikwik SuperCash (“MobiKwikSuperCash”) to its Customers making a Booking using MobiKwik wallet (“MobiKwik Wallet”), in India.
The Offer is not applicable on group bookings, flight bookings made through travel agents or by corporates, or bookings made through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application.
Airtel Cashback or MobiKwik SuperCash, as the case may be, will be credited to the Airtel Account or the MobiKwik Wallet, respectively, within seventy two (72) hours or forty eight (48) hours, respectively, from the time of the Booking.
The MobiKwik SuperCash is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer, or non-receipt of Airtel Cashback or MobiKwik SuperCash, as applicable. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Cashback Offer should be taken up directly with the relevant bank as set forth below: In case of Airtel: email@example.com; and in case of MobiKwik: +91 946 644 6644. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions.
IndiGo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend the Offer and/or the Cashback Offer (or a part thereof) at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer and/or the Cashback Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
By making a Booking during the Promotion Period pursuant to the Offer including the Cashback Offer, customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
Airtel Payments Bank and MobiKwik, as the case may be, reserve the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Cashback Offer in case of any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
The Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India and all matters related to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
