Below are the detailed terms and conditions of the offer:

• This offer (“Offer”) is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 00:01 hours on August 24, 2018 till 23:59 hours on August 30, 2018 (“Offer Period”) for travel between 00:00 hours on September 08, 2018 and 23:59 hours on October 8, 2018.
• IndiGo will offer a discount of (a) 10% (Ten Percent) on the ‘Base Fare’ per flight on a one-way flight booking; and (b) 15% (Fifteen Percent) on the ‘Base Fare’ per flight on a return flight booking (discount pursuant to (a) or (b), the “Discount”), to customers making bookings during the Offer Period for travel on various sectors across its domestic and international network. The Discount can be availed only by using the promo code SEP15P (“Promo Code”) at the time of making a flight booking on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile app.
• Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
• Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes.
• The Offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period, at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of departure, provided that the date of travel is no later than October 8, 2018.
• The Offer is valid only on non-stop flights on various sectors across IndiGo’s domestic and international network.
•  This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
• This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
• If the booking made under this Offer is cancelled for any reason, the Promo Code or Offer cannot be revalidated for the purpose of new booking made in its place.
• All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
• The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
• By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
• This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
