  2. IndiGo offers all-inclusive fares starting from Rs. 1299/- for flight bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period (“Offer”).
  3. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts will be provided to customer’s subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
  4. Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes.
  5. The Offer is valid only on non-stop flights on various sectors across IndiGo’s domestic network.
  6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
  7. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
  8. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
  9. All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
  10. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  11. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
  12. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
  13. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

  7. The Offer is applicable if the minimum booking amount is INR 4,000 (Rupees four thousand) for every Booking made by a Customer.
  8. Customer needs to download and register on PayZapp to avail the offer.
  9. The cashback will be processed to the eligible Customers within 15 working days after the date of transaction and credited to Customer’s PayZapp Prepaid Card, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
  10. This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
  11. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank and IndiGo, on the basis of their mutual agreement, reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, HDFC Bank and IndiGo, on the basis of their mutual agreement, reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
  19. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by IndiGo. Any dispute or claim regarding flight services must be resolved by the Customers with IndiGo directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
  20. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of flight services provided by IndiGo.
  21. Cancelled bookings and disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this Offer. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, HDFC Bank reserves the right to deny the Offer and / or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
  22. The decision of HDFC Bank and IndiGo, on the basis of their mutual agreement, with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
  23. The Customer (i) confirms that its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
  24. The terms of Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
  25. The standard terms governing the functioning of the HDFC Bank PayZapp and the processing of cashbacks to Customers’ HDFC Bank PayZapp are set out on the website of HDFC.

About the offer

Below are the Terms and Conditions:

  1. This offer is made by Federal Bank Limited to the customers of Federal Bank who are residents of India booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application (whether android or iOS), using a valid Federal Bank debit card during the Promotion Period.
  2. The Offer is valid from February 01, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days included).
  3. Federal Bank shall offer 10% (ten percent) cashback up to INR 1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred) to the Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket during Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application using a Card.
  4. The Offer is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) on the booking of IndiGo’s flights.
  5. Only the first valid transaction per Card per month during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the cashback.
  6. The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
  7. If the Customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period, he/she must write to contact@federalbank.co.in
  8. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns and issues regarding the cashback offer should be taken up directly with Federal Bank. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. Federal Bank shall not be responsible and liable to IndiGo and/or any third party including the Customers, for handling and resolving any claims, issues, complaints of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in relation with the flight services being offered by IndiGo, for which IndiGo shall be solely responsible.
  9. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
  10. All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
  11. Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.
  12. In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking for any reason either by the Customer and/or by IndiGo for any reason whatsoever, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
  13. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
  14. Federal Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.   15. The Customer shall raise the claim with respect to the Offer within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period. Post such date, Federal Bank shall not entertain any claim/correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any Customer and Federal Bank shall not be liable for any claim made by any Customer after the said period.
  16. Federal Bank does not endorse the services offered by IndiGo and shall not be liable for any deficiency in the services offered by IndiGo.
  17. The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
  18. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Federal Bank reserves the right to cancel/deny the Offer to the Customer and/or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
  19. Federal Bank and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
  20. The decision of Federal Bank and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
