Recognized as Indias only national, and non-profit organization in the Indian aviation Industry, APAI is dedicated to the welfare of the air passengers in India. APAI commissioned an independent passenger survey for those who travelled domestic carriers from Indias busiest sectors. The APAI evaluates on the basis of six criteria value for money, punctuality, connectivity, safety, refunds, and baggage handling.
