- 6E chat provides real-time support system to members National, 26 May, 2015: Adding another wow to its recently revamped website, IndiGo, Indias largest and fastest growing airline introduces another feature called 6E chat, a service enabling members to chat online with the IndiGo staff at its call center. The 6E chat feature is LIVE on IndiGo website and will enable IndiGo members to get real-time updates on all queries. In an effort to extend unmatchable customer experience, here is a sneak-peak to what the chat support system will look like. Intended to improve user friendliness and appeal, this new initiative has been specifically designed to offer 6E customers a new and enhanced function, to make the customer-user involvement hassle-free. The 6E chat support window will appear not only for all our registered members, but also if a customer faces a challenge while transacting. We are Chat away! Commenting on this new feature, Mr.Aditya Ghosh, President, IndiGo, said, It is our endeavor to constantly innovate and use different forms of technology available to us today, in order to provide best-in-class experience to all our customers. We are confident that the 6E chat support system is appreciated and valued by our customers as it introduces new features by providing real-time assistance to customers, thus making the experience extremely user-friendly. In addition, IndiGo also launched 6E Plus, a service provided for a fee of INR 1500 per person to passengers to make unlimited changes or cancel a PNR on domestic flights, although fare difference may apply. While this non-refundable service cannot be added to an already made PNR, it can be purchased while making a new booking on IndiGos website and through travel agents. To avail the benefits of no change or cancellation fee, passengers must make the changes or cancellation online or through the travel agent from whom the booking was made. However, a cancellation fee will be applicable if passengers change or cancel the PNR at the call center or the airport.
Effective May 01, 2015, IndiGo will introduce its 7th daily non-stop flight between Delhi-Chennai & Delhi-Lucknow, 3rd daily non-stop flight between Delhi-Vadodara, 1st daily flight between Srinagar-Chennai via Delhi, 1st daily non-stop flight between Lucknow-Hyderabad. National, May 01, 2015: IndiGo, Indias largest and fastest growing airline and favorite on-time performer, is enhancing its customer experience in the domestic market with the launch of eight new flights connecting Delhi to Chennai, Delhi to Lucknow and Delhi to Vadodara, on May 01, 2015. Additionally, IndiGo will also connect Srinagar to Chennai with the introduction of its first daily flight via Delhi, and 1st daily non-stop flight between Lucknow and Hyderabad, on the same day. With 633 daily flights connecting 38 destinations, these new flights will allow corporate and leisure travellers to experience the matchless on-time performance IndiGo is synonymous with, thus further consolidating IndiGos position as the fastest growing airline in India. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
