We are glad to announce that you can now access our content as a travel partner on Travelport platforms. In order to access our content on Travelport you are required to provision the credentials in your PCC as mentioned below
Please provision your login IndiGo credentials in your Travelport PCC to book IndiGo flights on Travelport platforms, you are required to be provisioning the following
ACC-(login id for Agency/Corporate)
UID-(payment Organization ID)
UID PASSWORD-(password for your login ID)

Payments
IndiGo accepts payments through pre-paid accounts or cards*. In order to facilitate a seamless payment through card you may please take a note of the below process:
*Master/Visa cards are accepted; Diners card are accepted for all INR Transactions, American express will be available soon.
All card payments will be subject to verification
Verification process may include one or more of the following steps from IndiGo:
A call to the travel partner/passenger to verify the details
Verification email which will let the travel partner/ passenger know whether he/she is required to carry the original card or a copy of the card signed by the cardholder.
Physical verification of card at the airport at the time of flight check-in
Above process will be mandatory for all customer cards however in case of a travel partner card same can be pre-verified by sharing the attached form with IndiGo and all subsequent transactions on such cards may be exempted from further verification.

In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
