Existing 6E Rewards member will be migrated to the new Loyalty Program once it is launched. As an existing 6E Rewards member, you are not required to pre-register.  You will receive a separate communication on your email ID regarding program launch, benefits & migration at an appropriate time.

Yes, you can pre-register your family member provided it is being done using a mobile number / email id belonging to the respective individual family member, and they are 18 years or older.

You will receive an email and an SMS confirming your pre-registration shortly. Please also check your email Spam folder if you haven’t received the email.

Participants who pre-register for the loyalty program from 5th August 2024, will have the opportunity to accumulate IndiGo BluChips as per the below:·     

• One participant stands a chance to get 18,000 IndiGo BluChips,·     
• 50 participants daily will stand a chance to accumulate 1,800 IndiGo BluChips.
  

If you happen to be one of the participants who are eligible to get rewarded, then details on the credit of IndiGo BluChips will be communicated to you on the contact details you shared with us during the pre-registration process. Accordingly, the IndiGo BluChips will be credited to your account once the loyalty program is launched.

The benefits or rewards provided are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other rewards.

Participants who are eligible to receive IndiGo BluChips will be announced closer to the go-live of the loyalty program and they will be communicated directly on the contact details provided at the time of pre-registration.

For a new user & 6E user: We have opened pre-registration for our customers. Visit www.goindigo.in, proceed to the pre-registration link and enter the following details – Name, Phone No., Email, Gender, Date of Birth. You will get a confirmation email once you have done the pre-registration. If you pre-register now, you stand a chance to be one of the participants to get 18,000 IndiGo BluChips or one of the 50 participants daily to accumulate 1,800 IndiGo BluChips as per the terms & conditions. 

For 6E Rewards User: You are not required to do any separate or new registration as you are an existing 6E Rewards user. Once IndiGo Loyalty Program, IndiGo BluChip, goes live, you will be migrated to the loyalty program. An activation link will be sent to your registered email id and phone number. You can also attempt to log in on the website/app and activate the account.

Once the Loyalty Program goes live, you will receive an account activation link. After you have activated your loyalty account you will be able to access your account details. We request you to wait for the launch of loyalty Program. You will be notified once the Program is officially launched.
