Below are the detailed terms and conditions of the offer :-
This offer (“Offer”) is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights between 00:00 hours of July 18, 2018 and 23:59 hours of July 22, 2018 (“PromotionPeriod”).
IndiGo will offer a discount of INR 250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) on the ‘Base Fare’ per passenger per journey for flights from or to Surat, Gorakhpur, Tuticorin or Tiruchirappalli, during the Promotion Period (“Discount”) where the term ‘journey’ means one-way travel by a passenger pursuant to a single flight booking from an origin station to a destination station, whether directly or via a connecting station. The Offer is applicable on limited bookings per flight, and is available on first come first serve basis. The Discount is not applicable on airport charges and government taxes.
The Discount can be availed only by using the promo code 6EPRM250 (“Promo Code”)at the time of flight booking on IndiGo’s website or mobile app, for flights to be undertaken for travel till September 30, 2018.
This offer is valid on all non-stop, via and connecting flights of the sectors which are part of the Offer.
Only persons aged eighteen (18) years or above are eligible to accept this Offer. The Offer is not valid on group bookings and any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website and mobile application.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, promotion, etc., of IndiGo. The Offer is only applicable for bookings made on regular fares, return fares and family fares (applicable on one way, round-trip or multi-city bookings), and shall not be valid on bookings made on flexi fares or any discounted or special fares, except as specified under this Offer.
This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
If a booking made under this Offer is cancelled for any reason, the Promo Code cannot be revalidated for the purpose of any new booking made in its place.
All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
The Offer is being made purely on a ‘best efforts’ basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer in the future.
This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
