This offer is made by Federal Bank Limited to the customers of Federal Bank who are residents of India booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo’s mobile application (whether android or iOS), using a valid Federal Bank debit card during the Promotion Period.
The Offer is valid from February 01, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days included).
Federal Bank shall offer 10% (ten percent) cashback up to INR 1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred) to the Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket during Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application using a Card.
The Offer is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) on the booking of IndiGo’s flights.
Only the first valid transaction per Customer per month during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the cashback.
The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90(ninety)days of completion of the Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
If the Customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period, he/she must write to contact@federalbank.co.in
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns and issues regarding the cashback offer should be taken up directly with Federal Bank. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. Federal Bank shall not be responsible and liable to IndiGo and/or any third party including the Customers, for handling and resolving any claims, issues, complaints of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in relation with the flight services being offered by IndiGo, for which IndiGo shall be solely responsible.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.
In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking for any reason either by the Customer and/or by IndiGo for any reason whatsoever, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
Federal Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, Federal Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
The Customer shall raise the claim with respect to the Offer within 90 (ninety) days of completion of the Promotion Period. Post such date, Federal Bank shall not entertain any claim/correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any Customer and Federal Bank shall not be liable for any claim made by any Customer after the said period.
Federal Bank does not endorse the services offered by IndiGo and shall not be liable for any deficiency in the services offered by IndiGo.
The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Federal Bank reserves the right to cancel/deny the Offer to the Customer and/or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
Federal Bank and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
The decision of Federal Bank and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer: (i) confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; (iii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
