RBL Bank Offer

Get 15 % cashback, up to Rs.1500, when you pay with RBL Bank Debit or Credit card.

Below are the Terms and Conditions:

• This offer (“Offer”) is made by RBL Bank Limited (“RBL Bank”) to the customers of RBL Bank Limited who are residents of India (“Customers”) booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), IndiGo’s mobile application (whether android or iOS), using a valid RBL Bank Debit Card, a valid RBL Bank Credit Card or a valid Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard with no outstanding of more than 30 (thirty) days (together referred to as the “Card”).
• The Offer is valid from 11^th February 2019 to 13^th February 2019.
• Under this Offer, the Customer will be eligible for cashback calculated at 15% (fifteen percent.) of the total amount of Booking, subject to maximum of INR 1,500 (Indian Rupees one thousand and five hundred) cashback. Offer is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 4,000 (Indian Rupees four thousand) on the booking of IndiGo’s flights.
• The Offer is valid only on 1 (one) transaction per Customer during the Promotion Period. The first valid transaction in a calendar month using the Card only will be eligible for the benefit under this Offer.
• The cashback will be processed for all eligible Customers within 45 (forty five) days from the end of the Promotion Period and credited to the Customer’s credit card account or saving’s account, as applicable.
• If the Customer doesn't receive the cashback, he/she must raise the claim at RBL Bank helpline at 022-62327777/18001219050 or write to CardServices@rblbank.com within 90 (ninety) days from the date of Booking. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount/cashback amount. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with RBL Bank. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
• The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
• All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
• Offer is eligible for both EMI and non-EMI transactions.
• Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.
• In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
• RBL Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, RBL Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. RBL Bank and IndiGo will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, RBL Bank reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
• RBL Bank and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses, damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
• In no event, shall, the entire liability of RBL Bank towards the Customer under this Offer, exceed the amount of cashback under this Offer.
• RBL Bank shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
• RBL bank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or provision or performance of any services provided by IndiGo.
• The decision of RBL Bank and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
• The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
