RIGHT TO REFUSAL BY VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED:
If the User violates any of the aforesaid terms, VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the User.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL BY END SERVICE PROVIDER:
User agrees that the end service provider may refuse to provide the service(s), agreed to be provided to the User, for any booking made through VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED with/without assigning any reasons or owing to reasons including but not limited to behavioral issues, public safety, health hazards, infectious diseases, government orders/notification etc. In such scenarios of refusal, the liability that may ensue shall solely vest with the end service provider as it is outside the purview of VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED and the User agrees that any claim, refund or damages against such refusal shall lie solely against the end service provider and not VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.
Travelers must make special requests at the time the reservation is placed. Availability of specially requested items is subject to availability, may or may not include additional charge and at the discretion of the accommodating property.
In the event of non inclusion of special requests upon arriving at the accommodating property after placing a request for the same, shall be dealt with solely by the accommodating Property and VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED not be held liable or responsible.
By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions of VERNOST TECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, and reservation specific cancellation policy and all terms and conditions listed as part of the reservation.
Reservations made through the https://www.goindigo.in/hotels service are subject to terms specified in the reservation confirmation. Terms of the reservations can be reviewed on the reservation confirmation. Cancelations or changes to the reservations made on the https://www.goindigo.in/hotels website are subject to terms of the reservation. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancelations which shall be levied as per the policy of the accommodating property.
The accommodations shall provide guests with complete access and use of the hotel's services, amenities and recreational facilities except any services, amenities and facilities that require additional charges or fees.
Any complaint regarding the quality of services by the Consumers shall be addressed directly to the Hotels and VERNOST takes no responsibility of the the services offered by the Hotel Partners and/or the representations made by the Hotel Partners on this Platform.

1. IndiGo BluChip members can earn up to 8 IndiGo BluChips for every INR 100 spent while booking their stays through the 6E Hotels platform. IndiGo BluChips are loyalty points and do not hold any monetary value. They are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be assigned or sold to another individual, except as permitted under the IndiGo BluChip Program's terms and conditions (available at https://www.goindigo.in/loyalty/terms-and-conditions).
2. Only IndiGo BluChip Members with a valid Membership Number are eligible to avail any ongoing benefits pertaining to 6E Hotels. If the user is a new user, user will need to enroll in the IndiGo BluChip Program before making the hotel booking to be eligible to earn IndiGo BluChips.
3. IndiGo BluChip Members must login on the 6E Hotels platform using their IndiGo BluChip membership credentials and register their unique 9-digit IndiGo BluChip Membership Number while making any booking on the 6E Hotels Website. This allows the relevant IndiGo BluChip Member to accrue IndiGo BluChips while making a transaction or booking on the 6E Hotels platform. Where the IndiGo BluChip Membership Number provided by the user is invalid, such user shall not accrue any IndiGo BluChips till such time as a valid IndiGo BluChip Membership ID is provided.
4. IndiGo BluChips will be credited only if the user is logged into the 6E Hotels platform and is a registered IndiGo BluChip Member at the time of booking. IndiGo BluChips cannot be credited retroactively, meaning users who complete a booking without logging in or register for the BluChip program after booking the hotel will not be eligible for accrual.
5. IndiGo BluChips are earned exclusively for completed and paid hotel bookings made on the 6E Hotels platform directly through the IndiGo Website. Bookings made through third-parties (E. OTA, Travel Agents) are not eligible for accrual of IndiGo BluChips.
6. IndiGo BluChips earned will be credited within 24 to 72 hours after the completion of the scheduled stay, provided the payment for the stay has been successfully processed.
7. Earning IndiGo BluChips is only applicable to net payments (the amount paid excluding taxes, service charges, discounts or any other applicable fees).
8. IndiGo BluChips will be credited to the IndiGo BluChip Account used at the time of making the booking, regardless of the guest details provided.
9. Any penalties charged and paid, including in case of cancellations, will not be eligible for accrual of IndiGo BluChips.
10. In the event of a hotel booking cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation or the timing of the cancellation, any pending or previously awarded IndiGo BluChips associated with that specific booking will be automatically nullified and removed from the IndiGo BluChip Account balance.
11. IndiGo BluChips earned on hotel bookings can be redeemed for flight bookings on IndiGo's Website or Mobile App.

13. In the event any dispute arises from this Offer, resolution of such dispute shall be subject to the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions, and the decision of IndiGo in this regard shall be final and binding on all parties to the dispute, and shall not be subject to further challenge or appeal.
14. IndiGo reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this arrangement at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable to any IndiGo BluChip Member or any other person for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Furthermore, neither IndiGo nor the 6E Hotels shall be responsible to any IndiGo BluChip Member for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with such modification, discontinuation, or termination of the arrangement.
15. By availing this offer and making a purchase, or by registering the IndiGo BluChip Membership ID on the 6E Hotels Platform, or by making any transaction where the IndiGo BluChip Member subsequently accrues any IndiGo BluChip(s), the members IndiGo BluChip Member acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions mentioned above, the IndiGo BluChip Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of 6E Hotels, any terms and conditions stipulated on the respective web portals of IndiGo and 6E Hotels, https://www.goindigo.in/hotels, and any terms and conditions specified in the reservation.
16. These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation of the IndiGo BluChip Program terms and conditions applicable to IndiGo BluChip Members specified on our website www.goindigo.in, which shall also apply to this offer.
17. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or terminate the IndiGo BluChips earning for hotel bookings, including its terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to point earning rates, redemption options, eligibility criteria, and program structure. IndiGo and 6E Hotels shall incur no liability for any such modifications, amendments, or termination of the program.
18. IndiGo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury, or death arising from this offer or the use of any products/services under this offer.
19. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including the cancellation of IndiGo BluChips, suspension or termination of accounts, and legal action, against any suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity related to the IndiGo BluChip Program. This includes any attempts to manipulate the system or violate these terms and conditions.
20. User's participation in the IndiGo BluChip Program is subject to IndiGo's privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html), which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We will handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
