How secure is the “Inflight Entertainment” connection?
“Inflight Entertainment” connection is secure, but we do urge all our customers to use caution when accessing sensitive information
Can I use VPN with airplane “Inflight Entertainment”?
No, Virtual Private Network (VPN) will not be accessible
Is Inflight Entertainment available on all flights?
Inflight Entertainment is only available on selected routes and fleets
What devices can I use to watch Inflight Entertainment?
You can use personal devices including phone, tablet and ipad (no laptop) to stream the inflight entertainment
Is there a fee to use “Inflight Entertainment”?
No, Inflight Entertainment is available free of charge for all customers

Can I download content from Inflight Entertainment to watch offline?
The content on Inflight Entertainment can only be streamed when you connect to Hello6E network. Downloading the content is not available
Can I access Inflight Entertainment on codeshare flights operated by partner airlines?
Some of our partner airlines tend to offer their own Wi-Fi networks and inflight entertainment hence, Inflight Entertainment will not be available on codeshare/those flights.
Can I use Inflight Entertainment to access live television broadcast
Inflight Entertainment is a controlled network, live television broadcast is not available
How many devices can I access? I am traveling with family / friends. Will they be able to access it as well?
You can access the content on multiple devices at the same time
