IndiGo x Spotify - Special Offer Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions - Spotify Premium Trial Offer (“T&C”)

Offer: Subject to the terms and condition provided hereunder, InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) in collaboration with Spotify India LLP (“Spotify”) is offering Eligible Customers (as defined hereunder), a four (4) months free trial for Spotify Premium Individual Plan.

1. Offer Period: This offer is valid from October 4th, 2024 up to October 3rd, 2025.
2. Eligible Offer Recipients shall be the customer who books a direct flight bookings on IndiGo’s domestic sectors and international sectors (excluding codeshare flights), which are made only through IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) during the Offer Period.
3. Only 1 Offer shall be made available against a PNR, irrespective of the number of bookings made in the same.
4. Eligible Offer Recipients shall receive a link from IndiGo on their email Id registered with IndiGo in respect to the PNR.
5. The Offer shall be made available in respect to an email ID only once during the Offer Period.
6. The Eligible Offer Recipient can visit the link in the email id for redeeming the Offer, in accordance with the process set out therein. Only an Eligible Offer Recipient and Eligible Customer i.e. a valid, new unique user of the Spotify Service shall be able to avail the Offer.
7. The Offer can be redeemed only during the Redemption Period i.e. the Offer Period and an additional period of two (2) months post expiry of the Offer Period. For the avoidance of doubt, each Offer link can only be redeemed once.
8. The Offer shall commence on the successful redemption of the link by an Eligible Customer and at the end of which such Eligible Customer will be automatically rolled onto a direct billing relationship with Spotify, INR 139/month shall be chargeable by Spotify from Eligible Customer after the trial, unless the Eligible Customer actively opts out. Cancel anytime, subject to terms and condition provided by Spotify. Terms and Conditions apply.
9. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.
10. In case of cancellation of the relevant flight booking by the Eligible Offer Recipient, the Offer shall be cancelled by IndiGo. In case of cancellation, the Eligible Offer Recipient should not attempt to redeem the Link to avail the Offer.
11. The Offer is not valid on bookings made through IndiGo’s group bookings tab/hold bookings.
12. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at www.goindigo.in.).
13. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
14. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
15. The Offer is for the sole purpose of facilitating benefits to Eligible Customers and the Eligible Customers understand that upon accepting any Offer, the contractual relationship will be established between Eligible Customers and Spotify.
16. IndiGo does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any liability for the Offer. The decision to avail any service from Spotify by using the Offer is entirely at the Eligible Customer’s discretion.
17. Liability Waiver:
    • IndiGo shall not be held liable for any deficiency in service that may arise from the redemption of the Offer. The Eligible Customer understands that upon acceptance of any Offer, the privity of contract is between the Eligible Customer and Spotify.
    • Any issues or disputes related to Spotify services purchased or availed by using the Offers should be addressed directly to Spotify. It is the Eligible Customer’s responsibility to carefully review, understand and agree to the terms and conditions, policies and other information provided by Spotify.
    • IndiGo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information provided by the Spotify on its website.
    • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndiGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any other losses or claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the redemption of the Offer.
18. In addition, any other terms and conditions made applicable by Spotify shall apply.
19. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

21. Acceptance of terms:

    By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
