Performax Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer: Subject to the terms and conditions provided hereunder, InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) in collaboration with Reliance Retail Limited through its brand “Performax” (“Performax”) is offering Eligible Offer Recipients (as defined hereunder),discount on Performax products.

1. Offer Period: This offer is valid from 1st October, 2025 to 30th September, 2026.
   
2. Eligible Offer Recipients shall be the customer who is an existing and registered member with IndiGoal community prior to booking a direct flight on IndiGo’s domestic sectors and international sectors (excluding codeshare flights), which are made only through IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) during the Offer Period.
   
3. Only 1 coupon code shall be made available against a PNR, irrespective of the number of bookings made in the same.
4. Eligible Offer Recipients shall receive a coupon code from IndiGo on their email ID used to register with IndiGoal community in respect to the PNR within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the date of travel. 
   
5. The Offer shall be made available in respect to a registered email ID only once during the Offer Period 
6. The Eligible Offer Recipient can use the coupon code sent by IndiGo for redeeming the Offer at Performax’s online store at AJIO website (https://www.ajio.com/b/performax), in accordance with the process set out therein. Only an Eligible Offer Recipient shall be able to avail the Offer.
   
7. The Offer can be redeemed only during the Redemption Period i.e. the Offer Period and an additional period of 30 Days post expiry of the Offer Period. For the avoidance of doubt, each coupon code can only be redeemed once.
   
8. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. 
   
9. The Offer can be clubbed or combined with another ongoing offer to avail an additional 20% discount subject to a maximum cumulative cap of 67% on the total transactional value. If the combined discount exceeds 67%, the applicable discount shall be adjusted to ensure the total discount does not exceed the stated cap.
   
10. The Offer shall only be applicable on transactions with a minimum purchase value of INR 999/- (exclusive of taxes, shipping, and other applicable charges).
    
11. The Offer is only applicable for selected products. The list of selected products may be modified, updated or restricted at any time at Performax’s sole discretion without any prior notice.
12. The Offer shall not be resold, bartered or used for any unauthorized commercial purpose. Any attempt to sell, trade or misuse the Offer shall render it null and void.
13. The Offer is not valid on bookings made through IndiGo’s group bookings tab/hold bookings.
14. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at www.goindigo.in.).
15. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
16. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
17. The Offer is for the sole purpose of facilitating benefits to Eligible Offer Recipient and the Eligible Offer Recipient understand that upon accepting any Offer, the contractual relationship will be established between Eligible Customers and Performax.
18. IndiGo does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any liability for the Offer. The decision to avail any product or service from Performax by using the Offer is entirely at the Eligible Offer Recipient’s discretion.
19. Liability Waiver: 
    • IndiGo shall not be held liable for any deficiency in service that may arise from the redemption of the Offer. The Eligible Offer Recipient understands that upon acceptance of any Offer, the privity of contract is between the Eligible Offer Recipient and Performax. 
    • Any issues or disputes related to Performax products and services purchased or availed by using the Offers should be addressed directly to Performax. It is the Eligible Offer Recipient’s responsibility to carefully review, understand and agree to the terms and conditions, policies and other information provided by Performax.
    • IndiGo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information provided by Perfromax on its website.
    • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndiGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any other losses or claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the redemption of the Offer.
20. In addition, any other terms and conditions made applicable by Performax shall apply.
21. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

23. Acceptance of Terms: 

By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.  

IndiGoal Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Duration: The duration of the contest will be for the 7 days.
2. These terms (T&Cs) govern participation in the IndiGoal contest (“Contest”) organized by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) on Instagram. By entering and participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs. IndiGo reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these T&Cs.
3. Only a citizen and resident of India (excluding Tamil Nadu), above 18 years, not employees of IndiGo or its subsidiaries may participate. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Winners shall be selected at random from eligible entries. Winners will be announced on IndiGo’s Instagram handle and also contacted via direct message on Instagram. By participating, you grant IndiGo the right to use your name or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
5. Winners to provide details within 24 hours to claim prize, failing which the prize may be forfeited. The prize will be a merchandise selected at IndiGo’s sole discretion (“Merchandise”). Delivery timelines are not guaranteed. The nature, size, and quantity of Merchandise may vary. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
6. For any queries on non-receipt of the Prize, contact IndiGo at customer.relations@goindigo.in.
7. IndiGo shall not be liable for any Merchandise related grievances or issues. For any issues the winners can contact Nivia (contact@nivia.in) and Performax (customerservice@ril.com) as applicable, directly.
8. IndiGo may modify, withdraw, or terminate the Contest at any time. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndiGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any other losses or claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the Contest. 
10. This Contest and these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction with the courts of New Delhi.
