Know the state-wise regulations

As we resume operations, considering the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers arriving at their airports. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to and comply with the same so as to ease your travel plans. State-wise guidelines

  • Health Screening:

    1. Thermal screening will be done for all passengers.
    2. COVID-19 test will be done on random basis.

    Quarantine:

    1. Symptomatic passengers shall be tested and shall be required to go for Institutional Quarantine till the test results are available.
    2. All passenger arriving at airport from Mainland and destined to tribal areas will be tested RTCPR test. All other asymptomatic travelers will be tested by Antigen test. Symptomatic travelers / ILI cases to be tested as per existing protocols.
    3. All Mainland and inter island passenger/ traveler shall Home Quarantine for 7 days from the day they enter into the Island/district or till they are tested negative, whichever is earlier.
    4. Every Passenger Arriving from mainland will be tested on Rapid Antigen Test @Rs 500/- per head to be borne  by the passenger.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
    2. Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport as directed by the Health Authorities.
  • Health Screening:

    Domestic: Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    International:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers

    On arrival each passenger will be charged Rs:500/- for conducting the covid -19 test (If test report is not available)

    Customers who are in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate and are asymptomatic will be allowed to proceed for home quarantine for 14 days.

    Quarantine:

    International: All customers who are in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate (This test should have been conducted within 96 hours prior to undertaking their journey) and are asymptomatic will be allowed to proceed for home quarantine for 14 days.

    Customers who undergo test on arrival and are.

    1. Found to be positive and symptomatic – will be taken to hospital isolation.
    2. Found to be negative and asymptomatic – will remain in home quarantine for 14 days.

    Passenger Obligation:

    International:

    1. All customers should submit self-declaration form on the online portal spandana.ap.gov.in at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival
    2. Customers should also give an undertaking on the portal that they would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days (Paid quarantine at their own cost at the case may be) If required.
    3. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

    Domestic:

    All passengers are required to register themselves on Spandana website www.spandana.ap.gov.in

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

  • Health Screening:

    1. Thermal screening will be conducted upon arrivals
    2. COVID swab test will be conducted upon arrivals. Antigen test available in GAU.

    Quarantine:

    1. 2 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 08 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers. This is applicable for DIB/IXS/JRH. Passenger with Valid Return ticket within 72 hours are exempted from Quarantine.

    2. For GAU, since Antigen test is available & results are available in 60 mins, following shall be the steps for arriving passengers from other states.

    1. If the test result is positive, the passenger will be moved to COVID facility for further processing
    2. If the results are negative, swab test will be done & sent for RT-PCR COVID-19 test also. The passenger will be allowed to proceed and Home quarantine for 10 days.
    3. If the passenger does not wish to Home quarantine, district administration will facilitate the quarantine option in a hotel. The expenses will need to be paid by the passengers.

    Exception to Quarantine:

    Below mentioned categories shall be exempted from Institutional Quarantine, however they will be required to go for 14 days of Home Quarantine

    1. Pregnant women
    2. Elderly person above 75 years
    3. Person due to attend funeral of immediate relation
    4. Children below 10 years
    5. Divyang
    6. Immediate relative of hospitalized patients
    7. People with pre-existing health conditions
    8. Passengers returning the same day.

    Exemption to quarantine shall also to be given for following scenarios

    1. Husband & Wife traveling to Assam together,
    2. Husband, wife & their children traveling together to Assam,
    3. Husband, wife & their parents traveling together.
    4. Exemption will be given to asymptomatic passengers of the above categories. Every person of the group shall undergo 14 days home quarantine after compliance with health protocols.
    5. Any Passenger who departs from Assam within 72 hours of arrival need not udergo Quarantine subject to following conditions:
    6. The visitor will provide a copy of return ticket.
    7. The visitor shall provide swab sample for RAT upon arrival.
    8. Symptomatic Passenger shall undergo RT-PCR test also.

    Passenger Obligation:

    All passengers must fill Health Declaration form prescribed by state to upon arrival.

    Passengers further travelling to other destinations will be transported to respective district & processed as per the State policy

    Passengers opting for connecting flights must ensure it doesn’t involve night halt. Failure to do so may result in quarantine for a specific period before commencing onward journey

    All passengers travelling in capacity of military or para military personnel on official duty will be allowed to directly travel to their respective cantonment/ camp where they will be quarantined.

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

  • Health Screening:

    Thermal screening will be conducted upon arrivals

    Quarantine:

    No quarantine

    Passenger Obligation:

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

  • Health Screening:

    COVID-19 tests shall be performed on random basis for all passengers travelling to Punjab

    Thermal screening will be done for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    If the test result is positive passenger/s shall be shifted to isolation centre

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all asymptomatic passengers travelling to Punjab

    No quarantine for business and Corporate traveler.

    Passenger Obligation:

    Passenger is required to fill up Health Declaration form upon arrival

    Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport as directed by the Health Authorities

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

    All passenger must register on COVA Punjab App before commencing their journey.

  • Health Screening:

    Health Profiling will be conducted upon arrivals

    Quarantine:

    ONLY for symptomatic passengers, institutional quarantine till the test results are available.

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all asymptomatic passengers with an undertaking that they will abide by all Quarantine Regulations

    Passenger Obligation:

    ITS NOT MANDATORY to apply for epass.

  • Health Screening:

    COVID Test is not required.

    Thermal screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival.

    Quarantine:

    International Passengers:

    1. 07 days of Institutional Quarantine at Government facility at no charge or paid quarantine at designated hotels.
    2. 07 days of Home Quarantine, post Institutional Quarantine.

    For exemption from quarantine, passengers can also uploaded RT-PCR test report 96 hours prior to under taking the journey.

    Domestic Passengers: 07 days of Home Quarantine.

    Constitutional & Govt. functionaries and their staff members are exempted from 7 days of home quarantine.

    Passenger Obligation:

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

    International Passengers:

    1. Submit Self declaration form online at least 72 hours before scheduled travel
    2. Give an undertaking on the portal for quarantine norms.
    3. For exemption from quarantine, passengers can also uploaded RT-PCR test report 96 hours prior to under taking the journey. Passengers must give an undertaking of authenticity of the report. False information will attract criminal prosecution.

  • Ahmedabad:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    Domestic travelers who are *asymptomatic* and entering Gujarat will not be quarantined, however they will be permitted to go with advice that they will self-monitor their health for 14 days. No requirement of domestic pax to download “SMC Covid 19 tracker app” and neither to fill online self-reporting form to enter Surat.

    International arrivals passengers need to go under 7 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 7 days of Home Quarantine.

    Travelers may also seek exemption from institutional quarantine by submitting a negative RTPCR test report at arrival. This test should have been conducted within 96 hrs prior to undertaking this journey. Also the test report should be uploaded on portal www.newdelhiairport.in for consideration.  ( For BDQ, AMD & STV )

    It is mandatory for all passengers  arriving at Surat to fill online "Novel corona self-reporting form" and to download "SMC COVID-19 Tracker" app  by clicking on below mentioned links:

    Passenger Obligation

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
    2. STV : It is mandatory for all passengers arriving at Surat to fill online "Novel corona self-reporting form" and to download " Covid-19 Tracker App" app.

    Airlines Obligation

    1. Ensure the availability of arriving passenger data to SMC Officers.
    2. Providing the hard copy of Passenger Manifest to on duty SMC officers at Surat Airport regarding arriving passengers on timely manner.
    3. Sending soft copy of Passenger Manifest to SMC commissioner on daily basis on below mail:amc.swz@suratmunicipal.org
    4. Ensure that all the arriving passengers have filled up the Self Declaration Form available on the Website of Surat Municipal Corporation at below mentioned Link.https://www.suratmunicipal.gov.in/EServices/Covid19SelfReporting
    5. Necessary coordination with origin station may be ensured by Surat airport airlines Station manager to inform passengers travelling to Surat regarding the same with proper information being sent to passengers at the time of booking/ through SMS etc.
    6. Necessary announcement (In-Flight) and publicity of the same may be ensured at Origin station for passengers regarding the same.

    2. Thermal screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival

    Quarantine

    1. 14 days of Institutional Quarantine for passengers arriving from any Red Zone district outside of Himachal Pradesh or passengers having ILI (Influenza Like Illness) symptoms irrespective of the zone from where they are arriving.
    2. 14 days of Home Quarantine for passengers arriving from any Red Zone district outside of Himachal Pradesh and are carrying COVID-19 negative test report from ICMR authorized lab which should not be older than 48 hours from the date of departure.

    Passenger Obligation

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
    2. Entry/Exit from State borders will be allowed only from 6 A.M. – 8 P.M.
  • Health Screening:

    COVID-19 test is mandatory for all passengers, except for the Defense Personnel.

    Quarantine:

    1. Institutional Quarantine for all passengers till test results are available
    2. If test results are positive, they will be sent to COVID facility/hospital for treatment and recovery
    3. If test results are negative, mandatory Home Quarantine for 14 days from the date of testing

    Exception to Quarantine:

    1. If arriving passengers have a contactable mobile number with Arogya Setu app download will be allowed to home quarantine. Passenger will have to wait for test results.
    2. Pregnant Women in 3rd trimester.
    3. Cancer patients on chemotherapy.
    4. Chronically ill patients.
    5. Mothers with infants below 1 year
    6. Children below 10 years travelling without a family member.
    7. Govt of India personal on bonna fide government duty.
    8. Defense Personnel
    9. Business travelers with confirmed return or onward ticket within 4 days of arrival and confirmed Hotel Reservation
    10. Passengers with RTPCR Negative Test report from ICMR authorized lab, which should not be older than 48 hours from the date of arrival

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. Passenger is required to fill up ICMR Health form on arrival
    2. Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport
    3. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
  • Health Screening:

    Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers.

    Quarantine:

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers

    Exception to Quarantine:

    All passengers intending to exit Jharkhand within 72 hours of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. Passengers seeking quarantine exemption shall be required to provide confirmed return/onward journey ticket within 72 hours of arrival.
    2.  All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
  • Passenger Obligation: None

    International arrival (Foreign Airport to Karnataka):

    1. All customers should have an active Indian local SIM. They can use their existing active local sim, or ask their relatives/family members to activate their local sim before arrival, or they can buy a new sim card from the airport.
    2. All customers travelling to India and arriving at any of the airports in Karnataka are required to submit self-declaration online on Air Suvidha portal at least 72 hours before the date of travel.
    3. All customers must have the Aarogya Setu app, Quarantine Watch app and Apthamitra app downloaded on their mobile phones. Click here to download
    4. All customers shall be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, upon arrival into Karnataka
    5. All customers who are found asymptomatic upon arrivals must undergo a mandatory Home Quarantine for 14 days
    6. All customers who are found symptomatic upon arrivals shall be sent to Dedicated COVID Health Centre (DCHC) for further testing.
    7. If the test result is positive, customers shall be further advised for home isolation or shall be shifted to medical facility as found appropriate by competent authorities
    8. If the test result is negative, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine for 14 days
    9. Business and/or short term visitors intending to stay in Karnataka for less than 48 hr, shall be exempted from the Quarantine and COVID-19 test
    10. Business and/or short term visitors intending to stay in Karnataka for more than 48 hr. but less than 7 days shall be exempted from quarantine provided they get tested for COVID-19 upon arrival and the test results are negative
      1. Business and/or short term visitors intending to stay in Karnataka shall be exempted from Quarantine provided they are able to present the following documents:
      2. RT-PCR negative test result certificate
      3. Confirmed return ticket dated not more than 7 days from the date of arrival
      4. Document/s pertaining to the purpose of visit/invitation letter
      5. Place of stay / Hotel reservation
      6. Valid visa
    11. Students writing exams in Karnataka shall be exempted from home quarantine after testing negative by RAT or if they submit a negative RT-PCR test report conducted within 96 hours prior to undertaking the journey
    12. Customers wanting to take onward flight to any other state, shall be allowed to do so provided that are found asymptomatic and agree to undergo home quarantine for 14 days after reaching their final destination

    Health Screening: None

    Quarantine: No Quarantine

  • All passengers shall be required to register their details on Generate e-Pass

    Health Screening:

    1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers
    2. COVID test for symptomatic passengers.

    Quarantine:

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers.

    Exception to Quarantine:

    Passengers who visit the State for a short period for purposes like business, official, trade, medical, court cases, property management or any like purposes will be exempted. Government have allowed them to visit the State for a period up to 7 days without mandatory quarantine ONLY after obtaining entry passes through covid19jagratha portal. They shall provide the details of local itinerary along with the purpose of visit and local accommodation and contact person. Any deviations from this, during visit, shall be informed to the authorities with valid reasons.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
    2. All passengers shall be required to register their details on https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.
    3. Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Officials at airport and undergo Home Quarantine for 14 days.
    4. All passengers intending to visit any other State or UT after entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State or UT s/he intends to visit.
  • Indore:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    Quarantine:

    Not required.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
    2. All passengers are required to download the Indore 311 App & do a self-registration before arrival.
    3. Undertaking will be taken for Home Quarantine for 14 Days incase passengers develops COVID symptoms.
    4. All passenger are required update their health status on Indore 311 App for next 14 days.
    5. For business travelers there is no restriction if staying less than 3 days. While exiting the airport passengers need to inform admin official about the short stay.
  • Health Screening:

    1. Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers
    2. COVID test during Institutional Quarantine

    Quarantine:

    1. All passengers shall be required to go for Institutional Quarantine for 14 days and further testing
    2. If the test result is negative, passenger shall be allowed to go home with 14 days of Home Quarantine
    3. If the test is positive, passenger will be further referred to treatment
    4. All symptomatic passengers shall be separated immediately and sent to Isolation Ward / COVID Treatment Ward as per the protocol.
    5. Exception: Passengers coming for short stay (7 days or less) will be exempted from quarantine provided they show confirmed return tickets within 3 days of arrival. Passenger will be required to share the place of stay details with State Govt. officials. Such passenger will be required to take COVID test on self-payment basis (2,400 per person). Passengers who wish to extend their stay beyond 7 days will need to get COVID-19 test done on 6th/7th day. The report will be required to be submitted to Health Department.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
    2. All passengers must install & register QuarMon App https://quarmonmanipur.nic.in
    3. All passengers must follow the instructions in the App
    4. All passengers shall be required to fill up the prescribed form supplied by Health Authorities upon arrival.
  • Aurangabad:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers

    Exception to Quarantine:

    All passengers intending to exit Aurangabad within 7 days of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine, provided they are able to produce confirmed ticket for onward/return journey

    Passenger Obligation

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App
    2. Passengers intending to exit Aurangabad within 7 days of the arrival should be able to produce confirmed ticket for onward/return journey to get quarantine exemption.

    Pune:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    Quarantine:

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers

    Exception : All domestic passengers intending to exit Pune within 7 days of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine, provided they are able to produce confirmed ticket for onward/return journey.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App
    2. All passengers must submit Health Declaration form upon arrival.

    Shirdi:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    Quarantine:

    1. 07 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers coming from other state and districts. 04 days of Home Quarantine, post Institutional Quarantine
    2. Symptomatic passengers shall be sent to nearest COVID Care Center
    3. APHO team will put a quarantine stamp on left hand of the passenger.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App
    2. All passengers must submit Health Declaration form upon arrival.

    Nagpur:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    1. Symptomatic passengers shall be sent to nearest COVID Care Center
    2. 14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers. International arrivals passengers need to go under 7 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 7 days of Home Quarantine.

    Exception to Quarantine:

    All passengers intending to exit Nagpur within 3 days of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine, provided they are able to produce confirmed ticket for onward/return journey.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App
    2. All passengers must submit Health Declaration form upon arrival.

    Mumbai:

    Health Screening:

    Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    Quarantine:

    International Passengers:

    1. 07 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by
    2. 07 days of Home Quarantine.

    Domestic Passengers:

    14 days of Home Quarantine

    Exception to Quarantine:

    All domestic passengers intending to exit Mumbai within 7 days of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine, provided they are able to produce confirmed ticket for onward/return journey

    Mumbai : For availing exemption from quarantine domestic passengers have to upload their request online on the link https://portal.mcgm.gov.in/irj/go/km/docs/documents/QuarantineExemption/pax.html

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App
    2. Passengers intending to exit Mumbai within 7 days of the arrival should be able to produce confirmed ticket for onward/return journey to get quarantine exemption.

    Kolhapur:

    Health Screening: None

    Quarantine: None

    Passenger Obligation:

    All passengers must download Aarogya setu App.

  • Health Screening:

    RT-PCR test for all arriving passengers.

    Quarantine:

    48 hours of Institutional Quarantine for all passengers. If test results are negative, passengers will be allowed to home to complete 14 days of mandatory home quarantine. If tested positive, passengers will be transferred to COVID facility for further processing.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
    2. All passengers must register on the State portal to generate a unique registration ID http://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/travel.htm
    3. All passengers must apply online to hire pick up from the airport using unique reference ID on state portal http://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/login.htm
  • All Passengers need to have valid m-pass which can be obtained by applying online on State website: Generate m-Pass

    Aizawl:

    Health Screening:

    1. COVID test for passengers opting for Home Quarantine
    2. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    Quarantine:

    1. 14 days of Institutional Quarantine for all passengers
    2. Passengers can opt for 14 days of Home Quarantine only, provided they clear the Rapid Antibody Test & govt Approval.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All Passengers need to have valid m-pass which can be obtained by applying online on State website: https://mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in/ 
    2. Passengers with valid m-pass will be allowed to board the flights for AJL.
    3. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

    Airlines Obligation: Check if passenger is having m-pass before boarding the flight. This is to be done at all Departing airports where scheduled departures are planned for AJL.

  • Health Screening:

    Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    07 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers

    Exception to Institutional Quarantine:

    Below categories of passengers shall be exempted from Institutional Quarantine subject to 28 days of Home Quarantine with active surveillance

    1. Person above the age of 60 years,
    2. Children & parents of children 10 years & below
    3. Pregnant women & accompanying spouse

    Passenger Obligation:

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

  • Health Screening:

    Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers.

    Quarantine: No Quarantine.

    Passenger Obligation:

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

  • Amritsar:

    Health Screening:

    1. COVID-19 test shall be performed on random basis
    2. Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    International Passengers: 07 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 07 days of Home Quarantine

    Domestic Passengers: 14 days of Home Quarantine.

    No quarantine for business and corporate traveler.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
    2. All passenger must register on COVA Punjab App before commencing their journey
    3. Boarding pass shall be considered as e-pass for movement to & from airport during curfew period (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
    4. Night curfew will be imposed from 1900-0500 hrs and on weekends effective 21st Aug till 31st Aug.
  • Jaipur, Jodhpur & Udaipur:

    Health Screening:

    1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers
    2. COVID test shall be done for all symptomatic passengers.

    Quarantine:

    1. 14 days of voluntary Home Quarantine for all passengers
    2. Symptomatic passengers shall be isolated and taken to nearest health facility.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. All passengers must download Aarogya setu App
    2. All passengers must submit Self-Health Declaration and go through screening process.
  • All passengers travelling to Tamil Nadu shall be required to register on State website and obtain TN e-pass- Generate e-Pass

    Health Screening:

    Domestic & International:

    1. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers
    2. No COVID Testing for passengers arriving from other airports in Tamil Nadu.
    3. COVID Testing be done to only symptomatic persons coming from other states/UT/countries.

    Customers who undergo test on arrival and are.

    1. Found to be positive and symptomatic – will be taken to hospital isolation.
    2. Found to be negative and asymptomatic – will remain in home quarantine for 14 days.
    3. Found to be negative and symptomatic – will be taken to hospital isolation and decided based on Medical Opinion.

    Quarantine:

    Domestic:

    14 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers arriving into Tamil Nadu from other states/UT.

    For symptomatic passengers will be required to go for Institutional Quarantine till the time COVID test results are available, at the discretion of Health Officials. Post which they will be required to complete remaining period of 14 days of Home Quarantine.

    Business travelers visiting Tamil Nadu for a short stay of 72 hours are exempt from home quarantine norms. In such cases the individual shall furnish valid return document.

    International:

    All customers who are in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate and are asymptomatic will be allowed to proceed for home quarantine for 14 days.

    Passenger Obligation:

    Domestic:

    All customers coming from other states/UTs/countries are mandatorily required to obtain auto generated e-Pass through https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass

    All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

    International:

    1. All customers are mandatorily required to obtain ePass through https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass
    2. All customers arriving on Air Bubble and Charter flights must carry a negative RT-PCR test report issued within 96 hr of the departure, customers not carrying the RT-PCR negative certificate shall not be allowed to travel.
    3. Customers arriving on Vande Bharat Mission flights will be provided RT-PCR testing facility upon arrival till 14th September, 2020 only post which customers arriving on Vande Bharat Mission flights need to be in possession of a negative RT-PCR test report issued within 96Hrs of the departure at the point of departure
    4. All customers who are in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate and are asymptomatic will be allowed to proceed for home quarantine for 14 days.
    5. Customers who undergo test on arrival and are;
      1. Found to be positive and symptomatic – will be taken to hospital isolation
      2. Found to be negative and asymptomatic – will remain in home quarantine for 14 days
      3. Found to be negative and symptomatic – will be taken to hospital isolation and decided based on Medical Opinion
    6. Customers wanting to take onward flights to any other state, shall be allowed to do so provided they are in possession of a RT-PCR negative certificate and agree to undergo home quarantine for 14 days after reaching their final destination.

    Quarantine:

    International:

    Asymptomatic customers with RT-PCR negative certificate conducted within 96 hours prior to departure will be exempted from institutional quarantine but have to undergo 14 days of home quarantine.

    Customers not in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate shall be sent to 07 days of Institutional Quarantine at Government facility or at paid designated hotels.

    Special consideration of 14 days of home quarantine has been mandated for some categories of asymptomatic customers like pregnant women, parents travelling with children 10 years or below and those on medical emergencies.

    Passenger Obligation:

    All customers travelling to India and arriving at any of the airports in Telangana, on charter or vande bharat flights, are required to submit self-declaration online on Air Suvidha portal at least 72 hours before the date of travel

    All customers must mandatorily fill up below forms and submit upon arrival to the authorities

    1. One copy of Indian APHO form to be filled and submitted to officials on arrival.
    2. Hotel quarantine undertaking form to be filled in triplicate and submitted to the officials on arrivals

    All customers landing into Telangana state will undergo mandatory 7 days paid Institutional Quarantine followed by 7 day’s home quarantine. The cost of institutional quarantine shall be borne by the customer

    Any customer arriving into Telangana and seeking exemption from institutional quarantine may only be eligible if they fall under any of the following four categories

    1. Expectant mothers
    2. Customers with kids under 10 years of age
    3. Patient requiring immediate medical care
    4. Customers with a death in the family
    5. Customers with COVID-negative certificate (RT-PCR) issued within 96 hr of the departure. The test report could also be produced upon arrival at the point of entry airport in India.

    Business visitors intending to stay in Telangana shall be exempted from Quarantine provided they are able to present the following documents:

    1. RT-PCR negative test result certificate issued no more than 96 hours before departure
    2. Confirmed return ticket dated not more than 4 days from the date of arrival

  • Health Screening :

    1. COVID test shall be done for all arriving passengers. The test will be done by state health officials & passengers do not need to pay for the swab test.
    2. Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

    Quarantine :

    1. All passengers with foreign travel history in last 28 days shall be taken to nearby sample collection center and shall be kept in Institutional Quarantine till the test results are available
    2.  All passengers whose samples are collected on random basis upon arrival shall be allowed to go home with an advice to self-monitor their health and follow 14 days of Home Quarantine
    3. All other passengers shall go for 14 days of Home Quarantine

    Exception to Quarantine:

    All asymptomatic passengers intending to exit Tripura within 72 hours of the arrival shall be exempted from quarantine with an advice to self-monitor their health and in case of any symptoms they must inform the District Surveillance Officer or State Control Room number – 0381-2412424.

    Passenger Obligation:

    1. Bangladesh Passport holders intending to enter Bangladesh can do so via Akhaura check-post. S/he will be transported to Akhaura check-post in special transport on payment basis

  • Dehradun:

    Health Screening:

    1. COVID-19 test shall be conducted on random basis
    2. Thermal screening shall be conducted for all passengers

    Quarantine:

    1. 7 days of Institutional Quarantine for passengers arriving from high load COVID-19 infected cities. Institutional Quarantine can be done at Government facility without any charges, or at designated hotels with applicable charges
    2. Institutional Quarantine shall be followed by 7 days of Home Quarantine
    3. Pregnant ladies, seriously ill person, senior citizens (Age>65 years) and person accompanied by children below 10 years will be exempted from institutional quarantine & permitted to stay in home quarantine.
    4. 14 days of home quarantine for passengers arriving NOT from high load COVID-19 infested cities.
    5. List of high load COVID infected cities can be found on State Government’s website.
    6. Travelers having negative RT-PCR test report from ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours from time of arrival will be permitted to enter the state without any restrictions. Travelers are required to upload the report on state website http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in/
    7. No quarantine for asymptomatic business travelers provided they show authorization letter from concerned authorities.

    2. For symptomatic passengers, the Health Authorities will decide the Quarantine requirement on case basis

    2. All passengers must fill up and submit the declaration form using Sandhane App developed by H&FW Department West Bengal.

    International passengers (Foreign Airport to West Bengal):

    All customers must carry a negative RT-PCR test report issued within 96 hours of the departure and must upload the same on Air Suvidha portal at least 72 hours before departure. Post submission, passengers shall be issued approval/NOC, subject to the fulfilment of criteria laid down by the State Health Authorities. If the approval/NOC is applied within 72 hours of departure, timely approval may not be guaranteed

    All passengers must carry the original RT-PCR negative certificate and the copy of approval/NOC received on Air Suvidha Portal

    All passengers are required to undergo a mandatory home quarantine for 14 days

    Passengers not carrying the RT-PCR negative certificate and the approval/NOC shall not be allowed to travel.

    Asymptomatic passengers carrying RT-PCR negative report/certificate shall be allowed to take onward flight
