    • By air: Jakarta has two airports, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) and Halim Perdanakusuma (HLP). The Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is located in Tangerang, which is 31 km from the city centre, and Halim Perdanakusuma Airport is in east Jakarta, approximately 11 km from the city centre.

    • By road: Jakarta is connected to other parts of Indonesia by a network of highways and roads. Many private operators provide bus services to Jakarta from nearby cities.
