The new flights will operate between Mumbai - Goa, Mumbai - Hyderabad, Mumbai - Kolkata, Hyderabad - Mumbai, & Kolkata - Goa via Mumbai. With the launch of these new services, IndiGo is operating 131daily flightscurrently connecting 17 destinations. IndiGo, the award-winning low-fare domestic airline that is redefining airline quality standards in India, will be the first airline to enhance the hassle free experience for its outbound passengers with the launch of new Domestic Departure Terminal 1D at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. IndiGos 6E 201 - Delhi-Guwahati flight will be the first flight to depart from newly inaugurated Terminal at 5:35 am with more than 150 passengers on board. Nearly 3000 passengers are expected to fly IndiGo on 19 April09. IndiGo, the award-winning low-fare domestic airline that is redefining airline quality standards in India, launched the flight status service on mobile to enable its passengers to check flights status on mobile by sending an SMS of their flight details to a short code. With the launch of this service, IndiGo enhances the hassle free experience for its passengers. They can now send an SMS by typing ST (space)<3 digit flight number> (space)to 566772 to check their flight status. An automated SMS will be received by the passenger in return with the details of flight departure and arrival. This service will be charged as per the respective SMS charges of various mobile service providers.
