New Delhi, March 25, 2018: IndiGo, India’s largest airline, commenced its operations from Terminal 2, Delhi airport on March 25, 2018. With 18 flights taking off from Terminal 2 in less than 12 hours, IndiGo recorded on-time departures of all its flights with zero ‘No Shows’. IndiGo worked with DIAL to ensure that the transition is seamless and all passengers flying from T2 are aptly made aware of the move.
National, March 17, 2018: Marking a double milestone, India’s largest and fastest growing airline, IndiGo has bagged two prestigious awards titled as - the ‘Best Low Fare Domestic Airline’ and ‘Best International Low cost out/into India’ at the APAI Awards 2018 held in New Delhi on 15th March 2018. Mr. Wolfgang Prock-Schauer, Chief Operating Officer, IndiGo received the award from Mr. Alphons Kannanthanam, Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, Culture, and Tourism.
New Delhi, March 16, 2018: In a move to support Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) with revamping of Terminal 1, IndiGo, India’s largest air carrier, is shifting its partial operations to Terminal 2 starting March 25, 2018. To ensure seamless travel experience and passengers’ convenience, all IndiGo flights numbered from 6E 2000 to 6E 2999 will depart from and arrive at Terminal 2, Delhi, starting 25th March.
National, March 14, 2018: IndiGo, India’s largest passenger airline in conjunction with AGIFORS (Airlines Group of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies) today marked the closing ceremony of AGIFORS Crew Management conference 2018. The three days conference brought together experts from 17 airlines from 15 countries to promote the use of operations research in the airline industry.
National, March 11, 2018: IndiGo, India’s largest and fastest growing carrier today conducted the exams for IndiGo Junior First Officer A320 Cadet program. Over a 1000 Commercial Pilots License holder across India appeared for the exam conducted in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
