The Andhra Pradesh government partners with IndiGo to introduce international services from Vijayawada

National, October 26 2018: In a collaborative endeavour to provide air connectivity between Vijayawada and Singapore, IndiGo is all set to operate first international flight from Vijayawada jointly with the Andhra Pradesh government. As part of the strategic partnership between the two, the low cost airline will operate two weekly non-stop services between Vijayawada and Singapore effective December, 2018. The first flight will fly out of Vijayawada International Airport on December 04, 2018.

IndiGo launches Diwali special sale with fares starting INR 899; offers 10 lakh seats across network

National, October 24 2018: As part the festive celebrations, IndiGo launches a Diwali special sale across its network of 64 destinations. Effective October 24, 2018 till October 26, 2018, IndiGo is offering customers all-inclusive fares starting from INR 899. The low-cost carrier is offering 10 lakh seats and this sale is valid for travel between November 8, 2018 and April 15, 2019.

IndiGo announces Hong Kong as its 15th international destination

National, October 17, 2018: IndiGo, India’s largest low-cost carrier has announced Hong Kong as its 15th international destination. The airline to operate its daily non-stop flight between Hong Kong and Bangalore effective December 11, 2018. As part of its international expansion, the airline also operates daily non-stop flights between India and Colombo, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur, Male and Phuket.

IndiGo to transform education for 20,000 students; flags off its School Adoption Program in Indore

National, October 3, 2018: In a bid to transform the quality of education in the country, IndiGo, India’s largest airline by market share, today inaugurated the first leg of its School Adoption Program in Indore. The airline has partnered with SRF Foundation to set up a School Adoption Program across 4 cities - Indore, Dehradun, Vadodara and Greater Noida. As part of the program, IndiGo will help transform the quality of education for students across 15 government schools in Indore.

IndiGo announces Male and Phuket as new international destinations

National, October 06, 2018: IndiGo, India’s favourite on-time performer is further enhancing its customer experience with the launch of Male and Phuket as its new destinations. As part of the international expansion, Male will be the 13th and Phuket will be the 14th destination on its network. The airline will operate daily non-stop flights between Male-Kochi and five weekly service from Mumbai and twice weekly from Bengaluru and will also operate six weekly flights between Delhi and Phuket. Both new services will commence from November 2018.
