IndiGo further Increases Prayagraj Capacity Significantly During Maha Kumbh 2025

National, January 30, 2025: IndiGo, India’s leading airline, has further increased its flights and seat capacity significantly to/from Prayagraj Airport during the period in which the city hosts the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, which commenced on January 13th and will continue until February 26th, 2025. Initially, IndiGo had already planned a significant capacity increase, however given the unprecedented demand for air travel on Prayagraj route, more flights have been added recently. For this special period, the airline will now operate more than 165,000 seats to/from Prayagraj, that is more than double its normal capacity to the airport.
