IndiGo recognised as one of the top 25 safest workplaces by KelpHR PoSH Awards 2023

National, December 22, 2023: IndiGo, India’s leading carrier, has been recognised as one of the Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India by KelpHR PoSH Awards 2023. This is its second consecutive win after 2021 and is testimony to IndiGo's dedication to cultivating a secure environment for all its employees.

KelpHR PoSH Awards recognize and felicitate organisations for being among the most transformational and inclusive workplaces in India, with regards to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace. The jury for the KelpHR PoSH Awards 2023 consisted of industry leaders, intellectuals, and subject matter experts in their respective fields. The process of evaluation in the fourth edition of KelpHR PoSH Awards was aimed at enabling organisations with insights and milestones to help build safer, happier and more inclusive workplaces, as it takes much more than legal compliance to build workplaces that we aspire for and dream of creating.
