6E Prime

• Below mentioned fees payable towards 6E Prime (Inclusive of taxes) is applicable on per passenger per sector basis (“Fees”):

Note: Charges for bookings made in other currencies will be calculated based on the applicable USD rates.

• Passengers booking IndiGo flights have the option to buy ‘6E Prime’ which entitles each passenger to the following services upon payment of Fees: (i) Seat selection (Limited standard seat, free of cost are available with 6E Prime), (ii) Snack (one food item and one beverage as selected at the time of purchasing 6E Prime. In case of connecting flight, meal will be served on trip with longer duration. If no selection is made, 6E curated snack bag will be served on board), and (iii) Fast Forward. 6E Prime is not available for corporate bookings, SME bookings, Flexi Plus and UpFront and group fare bookings.
• 6E Prime is available for all destinations for both Domestic and international sectors.
• 6E Prime is to be purchased for all passengers travelling under a single PNR and cannot be purchased for only one or some of the passengers traveling under a single PNR.
• 6E Prime can be booked through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), mobile site, mobile application and call center, either at the time of booking, or at any time thereafter, if 6E Prime is purchased at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight, the selected meal will be served. If no meal selection is made, or if 6E Prime is purchased within twenty four (24) hours but up to two (2) hours before the scheduled departure for domestic travel, or up to four (4) hours before the scheduled departure for international travel, a snack and beverage available on board shall be served.
• In the event of a passenger no-show, only taxes shall be refunded.
• IndiGo reserves the right to: (i) modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the 6E Prime service with another service (whether similar to 6E Prime service or not), or withdraw 6E Prime service, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to 6E Prime, shall be final and binding.
• By purchasing 6E Prime, customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers under the same PNR may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passengers, in future.
• All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
• 6E Prime will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to 6E Prime are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
