6E Prime

Terms and conditions:

• Passengers booking IndiGo flights have the option to buy ‘6E Prime’ which entitles each passenger to the following services upon payment of Fees: (i) seat selection (except for XL seats, which can be purchased at a 50% discount to their original price, if such seats are purchased at the time buying 6E Prime), (ii) snack (one food item and one beverage as selected at the time of purchasing 6E Prime. If no selection is made, a snack and beverage available on the flight shall be served), and (iii) Fast Forward. 6E Prime is not available for group bookings .
• Fees payable towards 6E Prime (inclusive of taxes) is as follows (“Fees”):

• 6E Prime is available for travel from the following points of origin:
  • in case of domestic travel, Agartala, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Dibrugarh, Dimapur, Goa, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Hubli, Hyderabad, Imphal, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kannur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Port Blair, Pryagraj, Pune, Raipur, Rajahmundry, Ranchi, Shillong, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tiruchirappalli, Tirupati, Udaipur, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Ahmedabad, Aizwal, Aurangabad, Tuticorin, Surat, Shirdi, Jodhpur, Jabalpur, Kolhapur, Mysuru, Silchar, Gaya, Belagavi, Agra, Leh, Darbangha, Durgapur, Bareilly, Gwalior, Kurnool and Rajkot.
  • in case of international travel, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Kannur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Thiruvananthapuram and Tiruchirappalli, Varanasi, Vijayawada, Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait, Male, Muscat, Phuket, Sharjah, Singapore, Jeddah.
• 6E Prime can be booked through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), mobile site, mobile application and call center, either at the time of booking, or at any time thereafter, until two (2) hours before the scheduled departure of the flight in case of domestic travel and until four (4) hours before the scheduled departure of the flight in case of international travel.
• 6E Prime is non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable, except that the Fees will be refunded in case of cancellation of the flight booking.
• In the event of a passenger no-show, only taxes shall be refunded.
• IndiGo reserves the right to: (i) modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the 6E Prime service with another service (whether similar to 6E Prime service or not), or withdraw 6E Prime service, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to 6E Prime, shall be final and binding.
• By purchasing 6E Prime, customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers under the same PNR may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passengers, in future.
• All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
• 6E Prime will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to 6E Prime are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
