Terms and conditions
- Passengers booking IndiGo flights have the option to buy ‘6E Seat & Eat’ which entitles each passenger to the following services upon payment of Fees: (i) seat selection (Limited Standard seats, Free of cost are available, with 6E Seat & Eat, and (ii) snack (one food item and one beverage as selected at the time of purchasing 6E Seat & Eat, if 6E Seat & Eat is purchased at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. If no selection is made or 6E Seat & Eat is purchased within twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight, a snack and beverage available on the flight shall be served). 6E Seat & Eat is not available for corporate bookings, SME bookings and Flexi Plus fare bookings
- 6E Seat & Eat is to be purchased for all passengers travelling under a single PNR and cannot be purchased for only one or some of the passengers traveling under a single PNR.
- 6E Seat & Eat can be booked through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), mobile site and call center, either at the time of booking, or at any time thereafter, until two (2) hours before the scheduled departure of the flight in case of domestic travel and until four (4) hours before the scheduled departure of the flight in case of international travel.
- 6E Seat & Eat is non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable, except that the Fees will be refunded in case of cancellation of the flight booking.
- IndiGo reserves the right to: (i) modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the 6E Seat & Eat service with another service (whether similar to 6E Seat & Eat service or not), or withdraw 6E Seat & Eat service, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to 6E Seat & Eat, shall be final and binding.
- By purchasing 6E Seat & Eat, customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers under the same PNR may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passengers, in future. Clause 8(ii) of these terms and conditions shall not apply to citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. Personal data of Nominators and Nominees in these areas and jurisdictions shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
- 6E Seat & Eat will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to 6E Seat & Eat are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
- If such service is booked through IndiGo’s call centre, an additional amount as applicable will be charged.
