Seat Select - Preferential Seating

1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) offers to its customers emergency extra leg room seat at a discounted price for flight bookings made through IndiGo website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) or preferred Travel Partner’s website/mobile app on all domestic and international sectors. (“Offer”)
2. Pursuant to the Offer, emergency extra leg room seat starts at INR 500.
3. This Offer is only applicable on the emergency exit extra leg room seat on Airbus (A 320 – 180 / 186-seater, A 321 – 220/ 222 / 232-seater)
4. This offer is not applicable on Boeing aircraft, ATR aircraft, Norse Atlantic Airways and IndiGoStretch / IndiGoStretch+
5. The Offer is valid on IndiGo one-way bookings, round-trip bookings and multi-city bookings.
6. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
7. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings/hold bookings.
8. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
9. The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify either of the Offers at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
10. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
11. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
12. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
13. Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
