Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Super 6E fare shall be available for all passengers.
Booking Channel: The Super 6E fare may be purchased from IndiGo’s website goindigo.in.,
Applicability and Exclusions: Applicable on one-way, round-trip and multi-city bookings for domestic and international travel on all direct and through flights.
Non-transferrable and Not Cashable: A Super 6E fare cannot be transferred to another passenger in a booking.
Add On Services for domestic travel: ‘Add On Services’ do not have to be purchased as the Super 6E fare includes the following*:
1. Free Seat including XL Rows;
2. Free snack combo of customer’s choice (1 Snack + 1 Beverage);
3. An extra 5 kg baggage allowance;
4. Up to 50% discounted rates on prepaid excess baggage
Add On Services for international travel: ‘Add On Services’ do not have to be purchased as the Super 6E fare includes the following*:
1. Free Seat including XL Rows;
2. Free snack combo of customer’s choice (1 Snack + 1 non-alcoholic beverage);
3. An extra 5 kg baggage allowance;
4. Up to 50% discounted rates on prepaid excess baggage
Baggage Allowance: There is a separate baggage additional check in baggage allowance of 5kg per passenger per sector on a Super 6E fare in addition to the standard check in baggage allowance. Also, up to 50% discounted rates on prepaid excess baggage.
Fees & Charges:
1. Charges for Super 6E are dynamic.
2. Unlimited changes without any charges in the period 72 hour and beyond prior to date of departure and INR 299 per passenger for domestic sector within 72 hours from the date of departure, however changes will be subject to available inventory and difference in fare, if any will be applicable.
3. For international travel, Unlimited changes without any charges in the period 72 hour and beyond prior to date of departure and INR 999 per passenger for international sector within 72 hours from the date of departure, however changes will be subject to available inventory and difference in fare, if any will be applicable.
4. Cancellation fee of only upto INR 1599 per passenger for domestic sector and upto INR 2999 per passenger for international sector
Check – in Conditions: A passenger may web check-in 48hrs prior to domestic flight departure, and 24 hours before international flight departure.
Conditions of Carriage: All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
Customer Consent: The Customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
Right to withdraw: IndiGo reserves the right to withdraw or modify these terms, at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
Governing Law: This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
