CPHI And PMEC India 2024 Terms and Conditions: -
  1. Offer: IndiGo Offers discounted fares for flight bookings made only through IndiGo microsite for domestic flights and international flights.
  2. Offer and Travel Period: This Offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 1st August 2024 to 00:01 hours to 5thNov, 2024 23:59 hours (“Offer Period”) for travel between 12th Nov 2024, 00:01 hours till 6th Dec 2024, 23:59 hours (“Travel Period”). There would be a blackout period where there would be no discounts on fares from 14th Nov 2024 to 18th Nov 2024.
  3. Eligibility Criteria: This Offer is only available for customers attending the CPHI and PMEC India 2024.
  4. Promo code is applicable only for One Way, Round Trips Via and Connection
  5. Promo code is only applicable on regular fares which includes Saver and Super6E fares.
  6. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts will be provided to customer’s subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
  7. Discount is not applicable on any airport charges and any other government taxes and levies.
  8. Discount will be auto applied at checkout page.
  9. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer, scheme, or promotion.
  10. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
  11. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
  12. All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
  13. The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  14. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
  15. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer:
    1. unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and
    2. consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
  16. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
