IndiGo BluChip Terms and Conditions: Redemption Offer
- This offer (“IndiGo BluChip Redemption Offer” or “Offer”) is available only to IndiGo BluChip Members with a valid IndiGo BluChip Membership Number and an active IndiGo BluChip Membership Account. IndiGo BluChips are loyalty points and have no monetary value. They are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be assigned or sold to another individual, except as permitted under the IndiGo BluChip Program’s Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.goindigo.in/loyalty/terms-and-conditions)
- All capitalized terms used herein these terms and conditions whose meanings are not otherwise assigned herein, shall have their meanings assigned to them under the IndiGo BluChip Program’s Terms and Conditions.
- Offer Details:
- Offer Period: The Booking Period and Travel Period shall collectively be referred to as the Offer Period.
- Booking Period: The booking period for this Offer is from September 19, 2026 to September 22, 2026 (both dates inclusive), within which the Redemption bookings need to be completed.
- Travel Period: The travel period under this Offer is from October 01, 2026 to October 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).

- Redemption Bookings:
- Members making bookings during the Booking Period for travel that will fall within the Travel Period (“Redemption Booking”) will be eligible to earn back twenty (20%) percent bonus IndiGo BluChips of the total IndiGo BluChips used for making the Redemption booking upon flight completion (“IBC Back”), in accordance with the Offer Period.
- The Offer shall be applicable in accordance with the following booking milestones:
- Complete 3 eligible redemption bookings and earn IBC Back on the total IndiGo BluChips redeemed across such eligible bookings, subject to a maximum reward of 3,000 IBCs.
- Complete 4 eligible redemption bookings and earn IBC Back on the total IndiGo BluChips redeemed across such eligible bookings, subject to a maximum reward of 4,000 IBCs.
- Complete 5 or more eligible redemption bookings and earn IBC Back on the total IndiGo BluChips redeemed across such eligible bookings, subject to a maximum reward of 5,000 IBCs.
- The IBC Back shall be calculated on the aggregate number of IndiGo BluChips redeemed across all eligible redemption bookings completed by the Member during the Offer Period, subject to the reward cap applicable to the highest milestone achieved.
- Eligible redemption bookings made by the Member for themself and/or registered nominees shall be considered for determining eligibility under this Offer.
- Each eligible Redemption Booking must generate a unique PNR (Redemption Bill Number). Multiple passengers and/or multiple flight sectors booked under the same PNR shall be treated as a single eligible Redemption Booking.
- Members shall be entitled to receive only one reward under this Offer, corresponding to the highest booking milestone achieved during the Offer Period.
- Such bonus IndiGo BluChips will be credited in the IndiGo BluChip Account of the Member who has booked the Redemption flight within seven (7) working days from the end of the Travel Period. The IndiGo BluChip Member will receive an IndiGo BluChips credit confirmation on their registered email ID once the IndiGo BluChips accrued by them have been credited to their IndiGo BluChip Account.
- This Offer is valid only during the Offer Period.
- In case a Redemption Booking is made using a combination of IndiGo BluChips and an IndiGo BluChip voucher, the bonus IndiGo BluChips under this Offer shall be calculated only on the number of IndiGo BluChips directly redeemed by the Member. Any IndiGo BluChips’ value attributable to the voucher component shall not be considered for this Offer.
- Redemption Bookings:
- Members can make Redemption bookings in two ways:
- Full Redemption: Pay 100% base fare + fuel surcharge using IndiGo BluChips.
- Partial Redemption: Pay using a combination of IndiGo BluChips and cash. For more details on how to do partial redemption refer IndiGo BluChip Terms and Conditions: https://www.goindigo.in/loyalty/terms-and-conditions
- Redemption will be in accordance with the IndiGo BluChip Program’s Terms and Conditions, including the minimum IndiGo BluChips requirement for partial Redemption.
- IndiGo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which may include the cancellation of IndiGo BluChips, suspension or termination of accounts, and legal action against any suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity associated with the IndiGo BluChip Program. This encompasses any attempts to manipulate the system or breach the IndiGo BluChip Program’s Terms and Conditions and/or these terms and conditions.
- If any dispute arises from this Offer, its resolution shall be governed by the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions. The decision made by IndiGo on this matter shall be final and binding upon all parties involved in the dispute, and it shall not be subject to further challenge or appeal.
- By accepting and availing this Offer, IndiGo BluChip Members acknowledge and accept all applicable terms and conditions associated with the Offer, including the terms outlined herein, the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions, and any relevant terms specified on IndiGo’s official website, along with any conditions mentioned in the reservation process.
- IndiGo reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable to any IndiGo BluChip Member or any other person for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Furthermore, IndiGo shall not be responsible to any IndiGo BluChip Member for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with such modification, discontinuation, or termination of the arrangement.
- IndiGo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury, or death arising from this Offer or the use of any products/services under this Offer.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to, and do not derogate from, the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions applicable to IndiGo BluChip Members specified on our website www.goindigo.in, which shall also apply to this Offer.
- Your participation in the IndiGo BluChip Program is subject to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We will manage your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
- You acknowledge and consent that any data, including Personal Data, provided by you to IndiGo from time to time, whether in the past, present or future, may be collected, stored, used, analysed and otherwise processed by IndiGo for the purposes of providing, improving and personalising its products and services, including enhancing customer experience, offering tailored benefits, promotions and offers, and for internal business analytics. You further consent that IndiGo may share such data with its affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries and permitted partners for the aforesaid purposes, provided that such entities are bound by appropriate confidentiality, data protection and security obligations and process such data in accordance with Applicable Laws.
- The decision made by IndiGo regarding any aspect of this Offer shall be final and binding without any recourse.
IndiGo BluChip Redemption Offer – FAQs (September 2026)
Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is available to all IndiGo BluChip Members with a valid membership ID and an active IndiGo BluChip account.
What is the booking period for this offer?
Redemption bookings must be made between 19th September 2026 and 22nd September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
What is the travel period under the offer?
Eligible travel dates are from 01st October 2026 to 31st October 2026 (both dates inclusive).
What benefits do Members receive under this offer?
Members can earn 20% IBC back on the total IndiGo BluChips redeemed across eligible bookings, subject to the following milestones:
- Complete 3 eligible redemption bookings: Earn 20% IBC back, up to 3,000 IBCs
- Complete 4 eligible redemption bookings: Earn 20% IBC back, up to 4,000 IBCs
- Complete 5 or more eligible redemption bookings: Earn 20% IBC back, up to 5,000 IBCs
The IBC back is calculated as 20% of the total IndiGo BluChips redeemed across all eligible bookings completed during the offer period, subject to the applicable reward cap for the milestone achieved.
Do all eligible bookings need to be completed before I receive the reward?
Yes. The final reward is determined based on the total number of eligible redemption bookings completed and flown during the applicable Travel Period.
If my booking includes multiple passengers, will each passenger be counted separately?
No. Multiple passengers booked under the same PNR will be counted as one eligible redemption booking.
If my itinerary contains multiple flight sectors under the same PNR, will each sector count separately?
No. Multiple flight segments or sectors under the same PNR will be counted as one eligible redemption booking.
When will the bonus IndiGo BluChips be credited?
Eligible Bonus IndiGo BluChips will be credited to the Primary Member’s IndiGo BluChip account within 7 working days after the end of the Travel Period (31st October 2026).
How will I know my bonus IndiGo BluChips are credited?
A confirmation email will be sent to the Member’s registered email ID within 7 working days from the end of the Travel Period (31 stOctober 2026).
How can I redeem IndiGo BluChips under this offer?
Members can either redeem fully using 100% IndiGo BluChips for base fare and fuel surcharge or opt for partial redemption using a combination of IndiGo BluChips and cash.
Can bookings made for my registered nominees be counted?
Yes. Eligible redemption bookings made for your registered nominees will count toward your booking milestone, provided the booking meets all offer criteria.
Is this offer valid if the booking has been cancelled?
No. Cancelled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible bookings will not be considered for calculating booking milestones or reward eligibility.
Is there a minimum IndiGo BluChips requirement for partial redemption?
Yes. Partial redemption is subject to the minimum IndiGo BluChips requirement as defined in the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions.
Can I receive rewards for multiple milestones?
No. Members will receive only one reward based on the highest booking milestone achieved during the offer period.
Will the same offer be applicable if a Member has used an IndiGo BluChips Voucher while making the redemption booking?
No, the offer is valid only on the IndiGo BluChips used for making the redemption booking.
Does this offer apply to all fares and routes?
Eligible redemption bookings are subject to availability and the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions.
Can IndiGo BluChips be exchanged for cash?
No. IndiGo BluChips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.
What happens in case of misuse or fraud?
IndiGo reserves the right to cancel bonus IndiGo BluChips, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action in cases of suspected or confirmed misuse or fraud.
Can IndiGo change or cancel the offer?
Yes. IndiGo reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
Which terms govern disputes related to this offer?
All disputes are governed by the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions, and IndiGo’s decision will be final and binding.
