The number of Travel Credits required to convert into IndiGo BluChips varies depending on your SBI Card MILES Card variant.

IndiGo BluChips will be credited to your IndiGo BluChip account within 24–48 hours after the conversion request has been successfully processed, subject to verification and system processing.

To convert your Travel Credits into IndiGo BluChips, log in to the designated SBI Card rewards platform using your SBI Card credentials, select IndiGo BluChip as the preferred conversion option, enter your valid 9-digit IndiGo BluChip Membership ID, and complete the conversion as per the applicable conversion ratio displayed on the platform.

Yes. You must have a valid IndiGo BluChip Membership ID to convert your Travel Credits into IndiGo BluChips.

If you are not yet a BluChip Member, you can enrol through the official IndiGo website.

Please ensure that you enter your correct and valid 9-digit IndiGo BluChip Membership ID at the time of conversion.

If an incorrect, invalid, inactive, suspended, blocked, or otherwise ineligible Membership ID is provided, IndiGo BluChips may not be credited and the conversion may not be eligible for reprocessing or reversal.

No. Once a Travel Credits conversion has been successfully processed, the Travel Credits debited for the conversion cannot ordinarily be reversed, refunded, or reinstated, except in cases of proven technical failure or as otherwise determined by SBI Card and/or IndiGo.

If your Travel Credits have been successfully debited but your IndiGo BluChips have not been credited within the applicable processing timeline, please contact IndiGo Customer Support for assistance with your BluChip account and credit of IndiGo BluChips.
