1) What is Plan B?
If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled from our end, you can use Plan B to change the time and/or date of your flight, or cancel and process refund, at no additional cost.
2) When can I choose Plan B?
You are eligible for Plan B if:
1. Your flight has been cancelled.
2. Your flight timing has been brought forward by 1 hour or more from the scheduled time of departure.
3. Postponed by 2 hours or more from the scheduled time of departure.
3) Do I have to pay extra for Plan B?
No, there are no additional charges. You can change the time and/or date of your flight, or cancel and process refund, at no additional cost.
4) Will IndiGo contact me in case my flight is eligible for Plan B?
Yes, in case your flight booking is eligible for Plan B, you will be notified via SMS/Email and calls on your registered mobile number and email ID.
5) How can I check if I am eligible for Plan B?
In case your flight is cancelled or rescheduled from our end, your flight booking comes under Plan B and you will be notified by us. Also, while retrieving the itinerary online, if the PNR is eligible for Plan B, the link for Plan B will be displayed.
6) IndiGo has rescheduled my flight, but my PNR is still not eligible for Plan B?
To be eligible for Plan B, your flight timing must be brought forward by 1 hour or more, or postponed by 2 hours or more from the scheduled time of departure.
7) IndiGo has rescheduled my flight, how can I avail Plan B?
Please check the SMS/Email for plan B link. Alternatively, you may visit the Plan B section on our website, view and rebook another flight as per your convenience or cancel and process a refund.
8) My flight has been rescheduled under Plan B and I am unable to find a convenient time/date slot to rebook.
We regret the inconvenience in this case. If you are unable to find a convenient time/date slot to rebook then you have the option to cancel your booking and process a refund at no additional cost.
9) How many days does it take to process the refund?
Once processed, the refund will reflect in your account in 7 business days. For agency booking, customers are requested to contact the concerned travel agencies for the refund.
10) What can I do if I do not receive my refund in the stipulated time frame?
In case you do not get the refund within 7 business days, you may please write to us at customer.experience@goindigo.in, or chat with an agent by clicking here https://bit.ly/2yyEcXp. We will do everything we can to help you in this regard.
For agency booking, customers are requested to contact the concerned travel agencies for the refund.
11) Is it possible to change my booking again after I have availed Plan B?
Once Plan B is availed, any further changes or cancellations would be on a chargeable basis as per IndiGo’s T&C.
