IndiGo adds Port Blair as its 41st destination; Launches additional flights in domestic sectors

Establishing the growing importance of emerging domestic sectors, IndiGo, India’s largest and fastest growing airline has announced the addition of Port Blair as its 41st overall and 36th domestic destination in its schedule. The new schedule sees introduction of new daily non-stop flights to Port Blair from Kolkata and Chennai effective 28 September and 30 September 2016 respectively. Port Blair will also be connected to Delhi (via Kolkata) and Hyderabad (via Chennai) also. Celebrating its tenth year in Indian skies, the airline will also launch additional frequencies with daily non-stop flight between Delhi & Kolkata, Delhi & Chennai and Hyderabad & Varanasi sectors.

IndiGo provides enhanced connectivity across India; launches new flights connecting key cities

Underlining the robust demand in the domestic sectors including tier 2 & 3 cities, IndiGo, India’s favourite on-time performer has announced the launch of many new flights on its network. Effective September 12, 2016, India’s largest and fastest growing carrier will operate additional flights connecting Delhi with major cities - Bhubaneswar, Vadodara, Chandigarh and Jammu. IndiGo will also introduce additional frequencies between Delhi & Kolkata, Delhi & Ranchi and Kolkata & Bhubaneswar sectors effective September 15, 2016.
