IndiGo connects Indian ‘City of Joy’ to ‘Cantonese food capital of China’

National, October 23, 2019: India's leading carrier, IndiGo, commenced operations to Guangzhou on October 20, its second destination in China after the recent launch of Chengdu. Guangzhou is the airline’s 23rd international destination and 83rd overall destination. IndiGo announced its entry in China in June and have already launched flights to two of the busiest and fastest growing cities in China, Chengdu and Guangzhou.

IndiGo inaugurates flights to Ho Chi Minh City, its 2nd destination in Vietnam

National, October 18, 2019: In its bid to expand international operations, IndiGo, India's leading airline, commenced operations to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC or Saigon) from Kolkata. The airline inaugurated the first direct flight on Kolkata-Ho Chi Minh City route, making Ho Chi Minh City IndiGo’s 22nd international and 7th Southeast Asian destination, after the launch of Hanoi earlier this month.

IndiGo connects the political capitals of India and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

National, October 12, 2019: Taking a step further towards strengthening its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, IndiGo, India’s leading airline, today commenced operations to Riyadh. The airline inaugurated the first direct flight on Delhi-Riyadh route, making Riyadh IndiGo’s 2nd destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, after the launch of Jeddah earlier this year.

CDB Aviation Delivers First of Nine A321neos to IndiGo

National, October 10, 2019: CDB Aviation, a wholly owned Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Limited (“CDB Leasing”), announced today the delivery of the first of a fleet of nine Airbus A321neo aircraft to India’s leading airline, IndiGo, as part of a purchase and leaseback transaction. The aircraft also marks Airbus’ 1,000th A320neo family aircraft delivery, signifying a historic milestone for its best-selling single aisle fleet.

The airline inaugurated the first direct flight on Kolkata-Hanoi route, making Hanoi IndiGo’s 19th international and 75th overall destination. IndiGo strengthens point to point connectivity; connects Guwahati and Silchar this Durga Puja

National, October 01, 2019: IndiGo, India’s leading airline, today announced the launch of a daily nonstop flight connecting Guwahati and Silchar. Effective, October 01, 2019, IndiGo will operate the daily flight on Guwahati-Silchar route enhancing its point-to-point connectivity within North-East.
