Flex it! IndiGo launches flex pay to put customers at ease

National, June 25, 2020: In its bid to support customers, IndiGo, India’s leading airline, launched Flex pay for its passengers wherein they can avail the flexible payment option. With the help of Flex pay, the passengers can now secure their bookings by paying only 10% of the total fare amount and defer their payment on an IndiGo domestic flight for a period of up to 15 days either from the date of bookings or before the date of departure.

IndiGo repatriated 751 Indian Nationals from Qatar

National, June 20, 2020: In-line with its continued commitment towards supporting the nation and bringing back Indian citizens, IndiGo operated four special international charter flights from Qatar to repatriate 751 Indian citizens. The IndiGo flight 6E 9739 from Doha to Kozhikode transferred 172 passengers on June 18, while flight 6E 9789 from Doha to Amritsar/Srinagar transferred 207 passengers, flight 6E 9740 from Doha to Kochi transferred 209 passengers and flight 6E 9431 from Doha to Delhi transferred 163 passengers on June 19, 2020. The flight 6E 9431 from Doha to Delhi was particularly arranged for all seafarers and mariners in partnership with Qatar Airlines. The charter flights were operated while observing all precautionary measures and safety guidelines.

IndiGo repatriated 501 Indians from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar

National, June 16, 2020: In line with our efforts to support the repatriation efforts, IndiGo operated its three special charter flights from Saudi Arabia and Qatar, to bring back Indian citizens. The IndiGo flight 6E 9433 from Jeddah to Delhi transferred a total of 171 passengers on June 14, 2020, while flight 6E 9638 from Doha to Kochi transferred 171 passengers including 5 children, and flight 6E 9431 from Doha to Delhi transferred total of 159 passengers on June 15, 2020. High Commission of India commissioned the charter flights in association with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar. IndiGo operated these flights while adhering to all the precautionary measures, ensuring a safe and hassle-free flying experience for the passengers.

IndiGo repatriated 643 citizens from Qatar and Maldives

National, June 12, 2020: In-line with its commitment to support the nation and reunite the families amidst this pandemic, IndiGo operated four special international charter flights from Qatar and Maldives. The IndiGo flight 6E 9431 from Doha to Delhi transferred a total of 129 seafarers and marine passengers on June 11, 2020. Simultaneously, flight 6E 9108 from Male to Mumbai, flight 6E 9101 from Male to Hyderabad transferred total of 343 passengers on June 11, 2020 and flight 6E 9092 Male to Delhi transferred 171 passengers on June 12, 2020. The charter flights from Maldives were commissioned by High Commission of India in Maldives and operated while adhering to all precautionary measures and safety guidelines.

IndiGo repatriated over 650 Indian nationals from Middle-East on 4 charter flights

National, June 10, 2020: In its endeavour to support the nation and bring Indian citizens back to the country, IndiGo operated four special international charter flights on June 09, 2020 including three from Qatar and one from UAE, to bring back 546 citizens back to India. The IndiGo flight 6E 9076 transferred 210 passengers from Doha to Mumbai, flight 6E 9431 transported 168 passengers from Doha to Mumbai, flight 6E 9438 transferred 168 passengers from Doha to Kolkata and flight 6E 9245 carried 120 passengers from Dubai to Lucknow. The charter flights were operated while observing all precautionary measures and safety guidelines.

IndiGo operated special charter flights from UAE, Oman and Maldives to repatriate more than 1K stranded Indian nationals

National, June 09, 2020: In its endeavour to support the nation and bring Indian citizens back to the country, IndiGo operated six special international charter flightssince the beginning of June. The IndiGo flight 6E 9092 from Male to Delhi transferred a total of 171 passengers on June 03 and June 04; flight 6E 9174 from Dubai to Delhi brought back 170 Indian citizens on June 04. On June 05, flight 6E 9235 from Muscat to Lucknow and flight 6E 9972 from Muscat to Gaya transferred 167 and 166 passengers respectively and on June 06 an IndiGo flight transferred 177 passengers from Muscat to Kozhikode. The charter flights were operated while observing all precautionary measures and safety guidelines.

IndiGo operates flight chartered by NALSAR to transport 174 migrant workers

National, June 05, 2020: In line with its commitment to support the country in the current scenario, IndiGo operated a charter flight today from Bengaluru to Raipur to transport stranded citizens. The Charter was initiated by the alumni network of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in collaboration with Loving Migrant Workers Network and Samerth Charitable Trust. Adhering to all the precautionary measures including the use of face mask, face shield, gloves and sanitizer on-board, the IndiGo flight 6E 9405 transferred 174 migrant workers and their children to Raipur for the onward journey to their hometowns in Chhattisgarh. NALSAR also facilitated another charter flight in collaboration with Mercy Mission, ILoveBlr Trust, United Sikhs and Bangalore Media Foundation, to fly 179 migrant workers including 29 children, from Bengaluru to Raipur on June 04, 2020.
